I was in the drive thru today and dropped my debit when the window worker payed for my food without hesitation not only was that so kind and sweet but the wrap was absolutely delicious chivalry still exists ♥️?

Service is always great and I love their salads . I’m very disappointed about the recent changes where you’re unable to see the ingredients before you add them to your salad/sandwich. Part of the experience here is seeing how the food looks and picking it if you like what you see but that’s all gone.Ill still order if it’s a to-go order but if it’s a dine in I don’t think I’ll come here due to these changes

Food is great, staff is sweet as a button, the seasonal decorations are on point, and the restaurant is so clean.
Ordered the Gyro and drink and chips. Sandwich was very good and tasty. We arrived at 8:30 and they closed at 9 but we were able to eat and finish by about 9:05. Will be back.

food was great. however the guy working was very disrespectful. he was complaining about the people coming in when they close at 2 (it is 1:30) however we did not see the time of closing at all. he was very short and seemed angry about anything and everything. he even treated his employee with disrespect as well. we went to say thank you when picking up our order and got a mean glare as a response. i am not one to write reviews on businesses but the service was beyond awful.

I am giving a review strictly on service. I love Pita Pit and go quite frequently however twice now there has been a young employee (Brayden) that is completely disrespectful. The first time I had the not so pleasant meeting with him he was slamming pans around and lids on items. He did not want to serve us and was extremely rude. He even said that if he didn't want to, he didn't have to serve us. Then the next time I I stopped and he took my order through the drive up. Again, he is was rude and when I ordered the combo meal with chips and a drink, I ordered a bottle water like I normally do and he told me I couldn't do that. I said politely that I almost always order this way and have never had any issues. I even said it is fine if there is an upcharge and he continued to be rude and tell me no and that I had no idea what I was talking about. His mannerisms were atrocious and I would not recommend anyone going there when he is working. This kid needs some training in customer service!

I'm usually really happy with ordering here, but today was very disappointing...ordered a regular chicken souvlaki, no tomatoes, add pineapple and honey mustard, double protein...there were still tomatoes on it, no pineapple, some Honey mustard but definitely not double the meat, but was charged for it....hoping for a better experience should I chose to visit again....

Ordered from DoorDash. Buffalo chicken pita was decent, but it had too much sauce. The pita was wrapped beautifully. The strawberry protein smoothie was dynamite. I'd choose a different pita next time.

I have been going here for years, but that has changed. I will not be going back. The ownership changed and now they play music that "is not" kid friendly. Not a good atmosphere for families. Asked them to change stations, they told us that is what the new owners wanted to be played. So long Pita Pit.
