Went through the drive-thru last night. It was hard to order due to the speaker box covering up part of the menu. Service seemed par for the course. Once we pulled up to the window after ordering is when we got see the weekly specials. So I guess we get to take note on what to potentially get next time...if there is one. Hopefully the photos I post can be helpful for someone experiencing the issues we did.

I came in around 3:10pm today (Monday) we ordered 2 pitas. And then decided we wanted the new mudslide milkshake. Worker didn’t know how to make it and it wasn’t in the system so he called his boss and put it on speaker. Then when he got off the phone, he started complaining about how long it takes customers to pay and how slow all the customers are. Then he proceeded to walk into the back and play inappropriate music extremely loud. At about 3:30 he comes out and starts making our food. We ended up leaving with our food around 3:35. Very disappointed. Normally service is very good, but after today and one other experience I had, where a girl worker told me that I shouldn’t have a kid young, when I came in with my 9 month old, I will not be returning.

Went to the Sioux Falls 10th st location and used the drive-thru to order a #2 which is the Baja chicken pita REG size which is priced on the board for $8.99 for Reg size and $6.99 for a small. Waited 8 minutes at the window to be charged $11.49 BEFORE tax and $12.32 total to be handed the tiniest pitaI have ever seen that was hardly larger than my receipt for 1 item! No sides or drinks just the pita. I was quite surprised to see how small it was for such an expensive incorrectly priced pita that took long to make, but it was my first experience there so I just took my order and left. I won’t be coming back and I 10/10 do NOT recommend you waste your time or money here. VERY dissatisfied and disappointed in PITA PIT.

So I have been in a lot of pit's.Arm, tar, peach, and one time that I'm not legally allowed to talk about, Brad.But pita is my favorite one.The food is great, the faces are friendly, and it smells much better than any of the above-mentioned pits. ( Accept for Brad, of course, he has one cologne that smells just like Falafel.)Go there, eat, be merry.(DISCLAIMER: The above mentioned review is a work affection and does not reflect any real Events. Well...except for the food...that was actually quite good)FUEGO!

absolutely terrible, i order the buffalo chicken and cheeseburger pitas which cost around 20 bucks total and it was disgusting it was mushy and cold, totally sloppy i called the GENERAL manager Sara and she was rude and condescending this location clearly doesn't care about their customers and it shows in the food and the attitude of the workers, don't waste your money here
