Doesn't even deserve 1 star. We are currently staying at a hotel. We ordered from this location. Our order was incorrect. Also we did not receive any plates or napkins. Went I called to complain about my order. The manager, Christina argued about how we ordered. Also advised they do not offer plates unless asked before hand. Worst 40$ spent. Will probably not choose pizza hut for a long time.

This looks like Cina sticks. It’s regular breadsticks. Been going here for like 2 years. I’m a rewards member and this was my free breadsticks... just the effort bro. Sometimes it counts where you don’t expect. I expect better. You guys have DONE better.

Terrible service. Had to get your own refill. Place had not been cleaned from the day before. Would not open the doors to customers at 10:55 am while it was -6 out when regular hours were 11 am. Also marinara for the breadsticks was ice cold.

I called the night before for wings to be delivered and I was put on hold for 15 minutes so I eventually changed my mind because of the wait. The next day I was still craving wings and since it is the closest and giving Pizza Hut on W 12th the benefit of the doubt I showed up in person to dine in. OMG! We were seated and offered drinks right away but completing a simple order of a 12 and 16 piece order of wings was obviously out of their way because my wife and I were again waiting. We waited for 45 minutes until we were finally fed up enough to just leave. I will never go to another Pizza Hut again. Advise, if your going to specialize in pizza making, please dont offer wings. Stick to what you know and take wings off you're menu.

My grandson got to use his coupon for his "Book it" minutes. He got a free personal pan pizza and so did I. Hot and delicious!
Worst pizza delivery experience of my life! The only reason this has one star is because it wouldn't let me post without one. I Ordered 3 pizzas at 7:30pm to be delivered and was given a 45 min. Wait time. Pizza took over and hr and 15 mins. To arrive. And After the driver left we realized one of the 3 pizzas were incorrect. So I called and was put on hold for over ten minutes so I hung up and called back and after at least another ten minutes I was told that the driver was walking out the door with the correct pizza and would be here in fifteen minutes. This was approximately 9 pm. 10:15 pm and the pizza had still not arrived so I called back and talked to a manager who was going to refund my order. She placed me on hold and after being on this call for 22 mins. The call was dropped. I called back again and finally at 10:30pm I was refunded for an order I had originally placed 3 hrs ago. THREE HOURS! totally unacceptable. Ruined my entire evening- we were having a family get together at a hotel and I wasted THREE HOURS waiting for Pizza Hut!

Waited over 2 hours for my pizza. They said they gave it to someone else. Then when I got my pizza it wasn't fresh. They then gave a coupon for a free pizza which I don't even want to use because the service was so horrible.

If your planning on getting what you ordered don't eat here. Was a dine in order really simple order 3 personal pan pizza and a medium pizza and 2 orders of wings. The server informed us that they were out of personal pans so they would bring us a medium half and half to make up for it. The dining room was empty and it took about a half hour to get the personal pans that we ordered not the medium that they said they would give us so we had one child without food so they brought us a third personal pan which took 15 minutes when they told us it would only take 6 minutes. We also never got our medium pizza that was just a ordered. horrible experience all around!
