VERY specifically twice on the call when ordering for delivery I said please be sure to note light cheese, heavy (marinara) sauce, w/ thin & crispy crust for 1 of the 2 pepperoni pizzas ... that was NOT what got delivered. Either the person on phone didn't bother to check the right boxes or the person making it completely ignored them. No receipt or copy attached to box of what they showed order to be (which was strange, usually is a strip on a box from companies). It's pizza, we ate it, but not the way I like it, not what I was looking forward to, so we just won't order from them again. Sadly would have been better with frozen Jack's for $3 and just add extra sauce. Cinnamon dessert was good though.

But services the pizza not have not ingredients and they charge for that and they not want to be responsible for that I never go to buy and I don’t recommend bad costumer service ?

Took 45 mins to arrive, biggest complaint was a) box not sealed handed to me half opened and B) the pizza was soggy but not from grease like water but box bone dry. Would not eat this or give to my children. Tried a slice had a slight strange after taste. Tried to call store no answer and of course no complaint button on the buggy app. Never will order again.

The crust of my pizza was woefully undercooked, and far from "golden brown". To be fair, I have had excellent service and quality food from Pizza Hut in the past, but this experience has me considering competitors, of which there are many.

They seemed to be closed more than they are open. The website doesn't tell you that they are closed until after you try to submit your order online. Now I'm left trying to explain to my kids why they don't get pizza on a Saturday night... and I really don't even know what to tell them.
The food was sooo cold. They forgot our dipping sauce and they didn’t give us what we ordered! The pizza was terrible and dry.

Tried to give my order over the phone. It did not go well. I finally went to the store. Got my pizza but there was too much garlic on the crust of which I did not ask for.

I was looking for delivery to the west side. Dominoes is lame and they dont deliver to the west side.I tried Pizza Hut and they delivered! My 1st experience with Pizza Hut here and itvwent well. I ordered the BIG NEW YORKER online with pepperoni. I got the pizza in 30 min! That was fast. Pizza was hot and tasty. I thought it was cooked just right and the flop was good as well. For a chain pizza co i thought it was pretty good. Ive tried the Valentinos pizza twice now and I dont get what the hype is there for their pizza. Their crust is too doughy.For the only pizza co i know that delivers to the west side, i will be a return customer.
