This is our go-to pizza delivery option. Other Pizza Huts in town have been disappointments, but this one in Dawley always delivers the pizza while it still is hot. Their breadsticks with cheese consistently are amazing. Most importantly, they don’t skimp on the cheese and other toppings either. The delivery drivers are good too. We nearly had given up on ever ordering Pizza Hut until this one opened up. Thank goodness it did.

When online, I ordered a large pizza and a barbecue pizza melt. both were in my cart for a total of around $30. Then I added a 30% off coupon and checked out. With my 20% tip the checkout was around$18. I thought it sounded a little low, but paid and went to pick up my order. The reason it was low was because the system deleted the pizza melt from my order. All there was to pick up was the pizza... as indicated on my receipt. Now that I think about it something similar to this happened before. I would never have finalized the order if I had know there was only the pizza!

Have ordered two times now for pickup at the drive-thru window. Pizza was ready and hot both times, and employees were friendly. This has become our "go to" for pizza pickup.

Went to pizza hut for a big dinner box because I received a coupon in the mail. Upon my arrival, I presented the coupon. Once I paid, I asked for a receipt. At this point the cashier decided to tell me that I wasn't receiving the coupon price posted because I had ordered a specialty pizza. I explained that I had ordered a pepperoni and a sausage pizza. The cashier disappeared into the back for around 2-3 minutes. Then, what I assume was the manager, came to the window and asked, "do you not want the pizza, or what?" I again explained that I had brought a coupon and didn't receive the price listed. The manager told me that I ordered a specialty pizza. Looking back at the receipt, I had accidentally picked the pepperoni lovers pizza. Having realized my mistake, I would have been completely fine paying the new total. However, there were an average amount of pepperoni on this pizza. I have ordered from the hut before and this one certainly didn't seem to have an excess of pepperoni. With no attempt to remedy the situation or provide any actual customer service, the manager handed me the box that hadn't been closed properly. Upon further inspection, the wings we ordered barely had any sauce on them. Overall, a disappointing trip to the hut.

They had me at bread sticks... enough said. It's pizza but you either love it or hate it. I love it and this store does very well. Thank you guys for great service.

Paid almost 5 dollars for extra sauce that i didnt get. My two pizza had like no sauce on it. My cheesebread and bread sticks tasted like cinnastixs. Burnt the cheese on my pizza melt. I called to get this fixed and when i asked for a refund they sent me to a line that put me on hold with dead silence for over 20 minutes and still got no answer or a refund. So disappointed for 50 dollars worth of food.

Great food, quick and hot delivery. Everything was perfect until we found a hair in our thin and crispy pepperoni. Never happened before and understand this can just happen in the industry. Call to restaurant went to voicemail and never heard back. Next day durvey asked for receipt, which we did not receive, and for a pic, but the pizza with the hair was on the bottom of the trash can. Will definitely give them another shot.

We ordered, were told to pick it up in 15 minutes.When we got there we were totally ghosted along with all the other customers in line.Nobody answered the window and refused to answer the phone. We waited for another 10 minutes after the other customers left.If you aren't going to fill my order, have the respect and decency to tell us. This level of disrespect is unacceptable for any company.Don't go to the Highline Pizza Hut. There are plenty of better restaurants in this area that don't disrespect customers.Go to Marco's, Tomacelli's or if you are desperate go to PaPa John's, because I'm sure they need the business. It's not good, but at least they fulfill orders.

Placed an ordered online and it said 20 minutes. When I got to the store 20 minutes later there was 13 people waiting inside. The screen in the store said my order was ready. As I waited my turn another gentleman ask about his 545 pickup order. They said it had not been started yet, it was 620. I asked about my order, it had not been started. Felt bad for the under trained staff dealing with a system that is clearly a joke.

Placed an online order at 2:15 to be ready at 5:30, by 6:00 it was still 18th in line to be made. They kept promising they would have the problem solved in a few minutes and they took more than 15 minutes to get back to us to do anything to help and wouldn’t tell you anything. Would not recommend.
