I know that I can come off harsh, but nobody should hang up when you’re trying to explain how disappointed you are in service. I asked for the manager and basically got told that I was a liar and that my food Had showed up. I’m not sure if it’s all on the workers. But I ordered three times off their app and every time I got canceled until the DoorDash guy called me and I feel like he had to pay for my order just to get them to do it. The whole experience was unacceptable.

Horrible experience.We pulled up around 9:30 to find only the drivethru was open. Not a big deal because our order was to go anyway.Still, when we got to the menu, we were told every order was going to take 15+ minutes.We were hungry after the State Basketball weekend, so we said that fine. Ordered a 12 pack of wings, 6 of each flavor, as a combo and a 8 pc nuggets combo, mac and cheese and fries. Asked for ranch as a side.After we waited the time and left with our order, we realized that we did not get any ranch, no silverware for the Mac and cheese, and bbq that we didn't ask for. We drove back to get all that stuff. Then, when I got on the interstate, we realized we only got one side of fries.The nuggets were mush. I don't think they were cooked all the way through. The wings were garbage. The wings themselves were so small with little to no meat and the legs were 5 times the size of the wings, but were all breading. No meat on any of them.I'm pretty sure that what happened is the employees were trying to close the store early. When we drove back to get what we didn't have, the drivethru was close and it was around 9:50. I'm pretty sure everything was shut down inside, due to the 15+ wait time.A total waste of $26+.

Didn't have much of a problem with the food, or the service, but the tables were filthy, had to look around to find a clean enough one to sit at, and it was after 3pm so it wasn't busy, there were only three tables occupied at the time.

So, first of all this place was looking dirty as hell. Got home and realized they messed up my order. I paid for food I didn’t get. When I call back to clarify that somethings was missing, the lady hang up on me. I called back several times and no one would answer me. Very terrible service and food.

This place sucks made all 3 of us sick chicken has no flavor at all just felt like I was chewing something with zero taste also it was almost double the price it was last year $40 for 8pc fries and biscuits and 2 drinks and it was fresh I asked they said they no longer brine the chicken in house it comes prebrined from company and that's how it is now I'm southern Popeyes was my last fried chicken hope but I will never go back to this or any Popeyes! Maybe KFC ain't changed the recipe of theirs!

I understand that business owners struggle finding capable employees, however, what we experienced tonight was ridiculous. We went through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 5-8 minutes… no biggie. We ordered, paid, and were told to pull all the way around to the entry door and waited an additional 20 min. We didn’t get our dipping sauce, fries were soggy and cold, and the chicken tenders had a weird rubbery texture.Out of the 2 employees that were visible it appeared that only 1 (black guy w/glasses) was actually working and was as polite and kind as he could be. The other one (larger white guy) was not moving with any kind of urgency and was clearly dissatisfied with his job. This location needs to do better.
