Very rude employees. They messed up our order and when we asked them to correct it we got a lot of attitude and eye rolls. Then once we left, it was very inappropriate for them to yell and make it a point to say “deuces”. Also our portions they gave were very small.

We got an email about a deal that was a buy one get one free entrée and we had planned to come here for dinner for over a week because of that deal. We placed an order and it was to be ready at 6:15 PM. It is currently 7:10 PM and we still do not have any food. Customers came in and left with their food through the line faster than placing this online order. Why send out emails for these kinds of deals if you do not have the staff nor ability to accommodate these types of promos? I will never plan to utilize something like this ever again because it was just a money grab from this restaurant. Waiting over an hour for “fast food” when the order should’ve been ready to go when we walked through the door is absolutely ridiculous. This entire experience made me never want to be a QDOBA customer again.

Chipotle coniseur here. I have been a strict Chipotle customer and have avoided qdoba after a bad experience. Though I am convinced that this restaurant has great potential to be in my personal arsenal of fast food staples. Great food and the value is much better than Chipotles. Though I still prefer Chipotle taste.

i ordered a kids meal and they charged me for the separate meal, drink, and chips individually, double the kids meal price.
Didn't know my card was shut off. And the manager paid for mine and my daughter's meal. They did not have to do that it was very very kind! Great manager and great team! Thank you!

trashy and ratty looking manager working on online orders got upset when i asked if she could read out the names when she’s done bagging the food for the online orders, yells at me and says “if you can’t see we’re busy right now” if your too busy to yell a name then you shouldn’t be in a management position if you can’t handle simple tasks without getting upset and defensive. trash food trash service trash management. placed my online order at 515pm, got it at 6. meanwhile waiting for my order they completed 15 other customers orders

I do have to say our experience was well beyond our expectations! We stopped in before the day we needed our food to check in and make any needed changes since this was our first time and we weren't sure what to expect. The store manager, Cory, was amazing! He came right out and shared his time with us, and though he was obviously busy, he showed us genuine care and helped us politely and with wonderful detail. I'd add that though he was thorough, he was also fast and we appreciated his dedication to service.On the day of the event, Cory was there again. Everything was super fresh, hot, and PERFECT! This was a huge part of the success of the appreciation lunch we hosted for our group of volunteers.HUGE shoutout and THANK YOU to Cory for helping us show our beloved community of volunteers how much we appreciate them!! Your kindness and excellence will be remembered always!
