As burgers go, it's pretty spendy- but my entire family enjoyed their burgers. Mine had generous amounts of Bleu cheese crumbles and onion straws and the burger was fresh and delicious, so I'm impressed by that!The bottomless fries was really enjoyed best by my Husband and kiddos, they had several rounds of more frys. I couldn't eat any more than my initial serving, the burger was very big and the fry portion was very good.The kiddos got the bottomless Root beer floats and the waitress was great about refilling their drinks and offering more fries, bringing more napkins, etc.Our meal for 4 of us, was $78- before tip.It's getting kind of expensive to have a lunch with your family on a Saturday afternoon now a days, but I guess that's the tunes, now and it seems to be so, everywhere.The Manager came over and checked on us and gave us top tier Customer Service. Initially we were charged $5.50 per kiddo for the root beer floats and not $2.99 for the kids price and we mentioned that, and he fixed it for us.We left full, had some very tasty burgers and received terrific Customer Service.For what it is, it's a nice option but I don't know how folks can afford to eat here regularly. I'd hate to see Red Robin leave Sioux Falls, but at almost $20 price point for burgers and a beverage, for my average family it's truly a splurge.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch awhile back, we were seated immediately, and ordered a beer while we looked the menu over, the waitress came back a few moments later and took our order. Just a couple burgers and fries. Took a little longer than normal for our food to come out but that was fine. Unfortunately though a couple of bites in my wife's burger their was a long hair, we brought it to the waitresses attention and she said they would make a new burger and apologized, waited another 15-20 minutes for her burger I was done eating at that point. And they couldn't even compensate us a beer or anything ?.

Very disappointed with the declining flavor of this place. First, the tea there is basically colored water.. no sweetness or anything. Asked for another and they basically sent back the same thing. The ribs are just plain bbq and all bone, can hardly eat 'em since the meat is stuck to the bone and there is mostly skin and fat. The fries.. once caked with seasoning are now just potato fluff. My brother got the wrong ordered burger so they had to remake it. I could tell the waiters were fed up with the mistakes and they began making sarcastic comments as they kept coming by with the new stuff. We had to rush to leave. Got to-go boxes and one said 'better get those fries in there too'.

This Red Robin had good food, our server was very attentive and nice. One thing we enjoy about finding a RR is that they seem pretty consistent in service and food.I hadn’t had an Avocobo Salad in ages and this was prepared perfectly. Warm chicken strips surrounded by all the goodies found in a Cobb salad.My husbands scorpion burger was cooked as he liked it and he said it tasted great.

Overall, this was phenomenal! Our waitress, Kamorla, was so attentive and kind. The food was great. I had a Bleu Ribbon, that our waitress recommended, it was delicious! The side salad was also fresh. My significant other had the scorpion, he loved it. The sweet potato fries were okay, but the regular fries were a must! Also, the manager was incredible! Keep doing great work!

I only came by to briely meet someone. While there I noticed a waiter carrying a delicious looking burger to another guest. I asked the waiter to bring me a burger just like that one. It was a smashed avocado burger. I ordered it to go with onion rings. I ate the burger when I got home. All I could say was, WOW!! The best burger I've had in Sioux Falls.

We are in SF visiting family, so this is not our normal RR (and we LOVE our RR!).➡️The service was great- very attentive and kind.➡️ Even though the place was packed and the floor layout is crowded, I didn’t feel like the room was overly loud. We were at a table in the center of the room and we could still hear each other and talk.➡️ We all had burgers, and most everyone seemed pleased with their menu selection.I had a tavern burger double and it was a bit dry➡️ The garlic fries were great!
