I stop at this location often, and they never mess up my order. (Which is untrue with many other locations, and I just ask for no whip... It's not complicated.) Workers are happy/cheery. Fast service. If the line is getting long, they have a worker come out and take orders from curbside to speed up the process.
Great little coffee shop, been drinking matcha lately and it's been great every time, one time the matcha powder wasn't totally blended and had some chunks at the bottom, but was at a different location, and only happened once so far.

This is my favorite Scooter's Coffee location. Ther service is always top notch. I never have an issue with my order. I always order with oatmilk and are on top it ensure it is good before handing it to me. Since I order with oatmilk if I forget to mention no whip, they are on top of asking if I even want it.
