It would be 5 stars if they actually filled the cups all the way. It's expensive as is and I want my cup full. Otherwise very tasty drinks and friendly customer service.

Have been a Scooter’s fan for years, this is the first time my Carmelicious Blender wasn’t good, very strong, bitter coffee. This was the first time at this Sycamore Scooter’s, I will go back to the 85th and Minnesota location from now on.

Ordered a hot chocolate, pretty simple, you’d think? Tastes like warm milk. I’m not a baby and it was so disgusting. I took the lid off and it was barely a hint of brown when I asked for milk chocolate with extra chocolate, and paid for the extra chocolate. Every other location makes it perfect. Not this one.I’ll now drive out of my way to the ones that are further from where I live to get a correct, simple, drink. Ridiculous!!

At the sycamore and 41st kiosk location I ordered an iced americano with light cream. Safe to say I can barely taste any coffee & there’s no color in the drink. Absolutely vile. I couldn’t tell how much cream was actually in it because they slopped it on the top and crammed the lid on. Not only is it disgusting but it leaked all over me and my car. Love that I paid almost $5 for it.
