Don’t bother going through the drive thru on a Sunday unless you have 40 minutes to kill. Seriously, sat in an unmoving line for like 15 minutes, then again at the speaker for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Then at the window for ANOTHER 10 minutes before anybody even opened the window to take payment. They were NOT busy.

The food took 15 minimum to come out for me, and I ordered only a 3-3 combo with fries. (Placed in my order at 8:20, food out at 8:35) I counted there was only three cars that went through the drive, one guest ahead of me.They have one cashier that kept the lobby clean, but she did not wash her hands when she went back to work (food safety and cross contamination). Had it occurred during a health inspection it would prompt to fail.Overall the food was fine, nothing too fancy.

If you’re not the only car in drive thru they’ll tell you to pull forward and then never come out with your food. Waited over 15 minutes and all I had was a 4 piece meal.
Ordered two of their buffalo chicken wraps and I only got one order as soon as I arrived back to work, I have paid for two meals which I only got one of them!!! Called the manager puts me on hold and hung up the phone. So disappointed and would never buy from them again. Need to work on customer service behavior

Went there on Monday and again on Wednesday. Requested wings extra crispy. Wings were never crispy!! Take the time or say you can't make them crispy. Even had a manager get involved. 10th street location in Sioux Falls. May be best to have more competent employees run the order taking and cash registers. The first one even told me I could add a shake to my combo for free. I knew better, but the next customer may not. BTW it was a two dollar up charge.

3 of us ate here and we all got sick afterwards, not sure if the chicken wasn't cooked all the way or if it was expired or whatever it might have been. Unfortunately for the first time trying it, I was under impressed and we will not be returning to any slim chickens.
