Went to Starbucks on 2-20-22. Worst made cold brew ever. Two girls working. Didn’t know how to make drink. Tried twice. First one, sat on counter partly made while she decided to make 5 other drinks. All out of order. Made other peoples drinks wrong. Made mine again and decided to add 4 packets of salt to the cold foam. Took it back to them and said I couldn’t drink it cuz it was so salty and was told that cold foam has salt in it. I paid money for a cold foam cold brew salted Carmel and left with no drink. Won’t be going there anymore!

Poor service and terrible drinks. Made one of my drinks wrong twice and my other drink was a hot cocoa and that didn’t even taste good.

They were super busy yet very quick. Staff was so friendly and considerate. Drinks were made accurately- and everything was in stock-which is rare nowadays!

Came 2 hours before close at 7pm 8/30/21, and the barrista said she can’t make any frappuccino’s because she already cleaned the machines they used to make them. I’d understand if it were close to closing time but 2 hours beforehand just because she didn’t want to clean them again or wait until a time closer to closing, is poor service.

My drink was handed to me 3/4 full. The line of cars behind me was endless so I took it and left. Absolutely disgusted by this location!

The baristas are friendly but the one who made my order and the order in front of me didn't know what she was doing. She didn't know how to make the orders and just made it up instead of looking it up.

too long of a line opt to leave after i was able to get through.
drinks were totally botched.. we didnt discover til north of town .. we even discussed with window gal why it was $5 cheaper... its they forgot to key in and then add 4 shots of espresso to my latte..she even asked if i wanted them all caff.. i dont want to drink just warmed up cream.. my hubs drink with 6shots was off also

I want to give Starbucks 41st and Louise in Sioux Falls a shout out for great service this morning. I wanted to do something extra special for my phone team and ordered 11 drinks all different and they smiled and went to town making them. They made me feel amazing and I love that! Thank you gals that worked today! Your smiles meant the world to me...... what a great way to start the morning!
