This subway has got the most incompetent employees. If there is a line plan on 10 minutes per person. Absolutely ridiculous everyone I’m here.

The vegetables were not good. The lettuce was brown. The spinach was slimmy, and the tomatoes were very green. Staff not very friendly either as they were both complaining about their jobs.

This evening at 7pm I purchased two foot longs for me and my spouse (half for dinner and half for lunch tomorrow). When I returned to my truck we couldn’t bite through the bread because it was either over cooked or old. Originally, I was going to ask for new bread so they wouldn’t have to remake it and waste food. However, when I told the guy with the glasses and dry personality who made the bread it was hard he made it seem like I was in the wrong. Then he called dry non smiling Cindy over and she said well we make bread twice a day (it was 7:44 pm at this point (THE BREAD WAS OLD AND FROM THIS MORNING) again they did not care about what I was saying and they were looking at me like it was my fault that we couldn’t bite through the bread. So I said you couldn’t tell it was hard when you made it? He said all bread feels soft…. He threw the sandwich with hardest bread away before Cindy came over BUT neither one of them would open the sandwich when I asked them to so they could see that I was not wrong. In the end this guy had the nerve to bring out new bread. At that point I was done because you’d rather give me old bread because you were too lazy to go in the back? I word far too hard on the road 24/7 to get this type of treatment. Bottom line is they had terrible customer service and did not care about anything I had to say so I made Cindy give me a full refund of $27.50! Everyone was super friendly EXCEPT THE GUY WITH THE GLASSES AND DRY NON SMILING CINDY YOU GUYS BLOW. For my fellow drivers don’t waste your time here you’d be better off getting an Instacart, Walmart delivery or a Door Dash. Time and sleep wasted thanks for nothing….

Two people were waiting in line, then they put out the closed sign and wouldn't serve the people who were waiting in line before the closing time on the sign. At least the truck stop cashier gave me the large drink for free when I complained, so I'll give Love's credit for that.

If you're not going to accept Subway gift cards you should have a sign so I know that BEFORE I order, not when I'm about to pay for it. SMH...Other than that, the vegetables looked past their prime, except the tomatoes which were far from ripe. Not even sure why you bother serving them. And when I ask for pickles, I don't need a handful, just a few.Finally, the guy behind the counter was kind of a grump and a bit rude. Very impatient with our ordering, even though there was no one behind us in line.

The guy working at 2am on Saturday oct 15th makes a helluva sub, all the toppings inside the bread unlike most others where you take one bite and its all over your lap, neat tidy just like the pictures

Walked in and older lady was friendly and all smiles. Picked up a drink then off to Subway. I didn’t get the same treatment. In fact she was rude didn’t speak in full sentences. Bread, Toasted, Veggies, then price. Also to busy talking to another employee about her sonogram.

litterally been in my car speechless for 20 mins. <3 workers deserve a pay cut if that’s a thing, they litterally saw me walk in and stand at where you tell them your order for like 3 mins just talking to eachother. and then guess what, they tell me they don’t have any bread, at 7 pm, no bread? but it’s gets better, right infront of me guess what there was, a whole rack of bread. like omg all I wanted was a sub from subway made out of sub bread, and SUBway ‘didn’t’ have bread.
