Today at lunch time I wanted to buy 7 orders and they only wanted to sell me 3, they said because it was lunch time, but there was no one in the restaurant, there were two men and they behaved in a racist way, it's a shame that they hire people who He is not trained to provide good customer service.

Went today to get sandwiches for me and my family but see this lady ripping my tomatoes the lettuce and the spinach so she can make them see more pieces on the sandwiches but this was so disappointing she barley put any chicken on the sandwich and the salami she only put 4 pieces on each sandwich and keep telling me this is gonna be extra $ like I care

Crappie restaurant, always messing up orders, & when you call to complain and get your sandwich made properly as ordered they refuse to answer the phone!!! Such a waste of money!!!! Management really should contact me!!Parking: Crappie parking and not enough space

Ordered a “Supreme” Meats sub and a “Monster” sub from this location online for pickup around 9:20pm 5/2/23, and it looks like they gave me about half the meat. Don’t trust the review with the giant sub loaded with meat. I even payed for 50% more meat (and tipped). I looked at the person who made my sub, and she wouldn’t look at me but just smirked as she looked down. Stay away from this spot!

Typical store atmosphere for subway. Service is rude never a smile or anything just want your money and get you in and out. I used to work fore Subway years ago on 12th and on Minnesota ones and never did we ever make customers feel like they are there just to give away there money just to receive rude inconvenienced customer service. Even manager dude on Minnesota Ave seems overwhelmed and very inconvenience and very rude just bad experiences and will not go back. Also need to give fresh cute meats and bit more vegetables for price as just a oz of lettuce for a footlong and 4 slices of tomato and maybe 6 really thin pieces of onion and so on is not what I remember, just sad and giving out bread that obviously they forgot to reclose lid to bread so you end up with hard bread plus obviously forgot timer on bread times thus bread gets a bit darker and more dry. Cleaning bathrooms and sweeping and cleaning more on sandwich stations and around prep station is highly recommended as I have noticed has gone down because once again these young employees can't be inconvenienced with work as they would rather sit and talk and joke around instead of working . I quess being generation X I was brought up to know how to work but now days there Really is no care. I will continue my business with Jersey Mike's

Entered at 8pm. Door chimes upon entering but no one at counter. Waited a few minutes, employee came out and saw me. He grabbed his little Ceasars pizza and left for back room- never returning so I left. Terrible service

This location does NOT have it together. Missing half the toppings on my sub again and, 6 inches are about 4 if that. Stopped going into the store because the service wasn’t good and they don’t listen to you about amounts on the sub. Delivery has made it where I don’t get the items I want on it. No winning situation.

I just received my order which I ordered 30 minutes before closing.. threw door dash and this sub is absolutely amazingly fresh .. EMMA rocked my sub thank you ... I Called AND TOLD HER Myself .. THAT SUB TOUCHED MY SOUL !!!!
