I came in tonight to get a sandwich, and waited about 30 minutes to get a sandwich but the wait didn’t bother me, and the only reason I gave the service rating a 5 star is only for the little old gentleman working there tonight all by himself!!! He had a brand new employee, first night on the job and his manager wasn’t even there. It was packed in there, and he had online orders stacked and so far behind wirh no help!!! The line inside the store was toThe door yet, he still tried his best to stay calm and let everyone know it would take a while due to it only being him working. That man needs a raise!!!! Subway you need to treat your employees better and should have managers there training new people. That poor gentleman took a beating from customers; he was cursed at multiple times, and screamed at!! That employee deserves a raise and should have quit tonight, but didn’t!!! Subway you should be ashamed of yourself!!!! That man deserves a job where he is valued, and he definitely wasn’t valued.

dont bother with delivery, i order once every six weeks or so in the hope that maybe they will have gotten their ish together and can make a sandwich to what the reciept says, and they have yet to do it. i have ordered from here about 6 times in the past few months and today they surprised me in that they actually toasted my sandwhiches, which is somethig, that even when the reciept says "toasted" they often forget to, but they made a completely different sandwhich from the one i ordered.if you're ging to order, dont order online, go in person where you can *point* to the ingredients you want rather than relying on their ability to read, because it really seems like they just ignore it and wing it.

I was greeted with kindness by the woman who started making my sandwich. She was so sweet and was a little bit confused on what I was asking for on my sandwich, so she asked the two men she was working alongside and what they responded with? I was appalled. They made her look inferior and continuously belittled her infront of customers. I intervened and tried to help her and this older man working was rude to me as well. I then paid for my meal as well as my friends and they didn't offer us chips or cookies so when my friend asked about the cookies included** with the meal, they took a long while before rudely saying "I guess" while rolling their eyes. I will not be coming back to this establishment due to the two men working there today. 12/3/23.

My bread was undercooked. It was dough all through my sub. I couldn't return it because I didn't realize it was dough until I had eaten 3/4 of the sub. Plus they were making multiple orders at once and reached over my food. Will not be going back.

Last time I was there they did not have the bread I wanted- wheat and this time I wanted pulled pork and they did not have that!! Why is this advertised and they don’t have it. Getting really tired of this piss poor service. Get it together SUBWAY!!

I've been pleasantly surprised with the way subway has stepped up their game. My sub was made with perfection. Still not a fan of the bread but the great staff and ingredients where spot on.

I don't normally give bad reviews, but this is one of the worst Subways I have been to. I was here at 6:30pm and all of their iced tea options were out for the day. I tried to get lemonade and they told me they are out of that too. Basically we were stuck with carbonated drinks, which doesn't really match the Subway "eat fresh" slogan. Tables were all dirty. I realize they may struggle with staffing here, which is why I tipped 20% even though it was highly disappointing. Every other Subway in Sioux Falls is better, so drive a little to improve your experience.

Paid for 3 cookies on top of my chips, didnt receive them, called store and talked to a person who said she would tell the manager, I usually stop there 1 to 2 times a week, I stopped in today for lunch and asked if I could get my cookies I paid for last week and didnt receive and he said no it's a new week and we wont stand behind it. I am no longer supporting this location.

If they had a zero star option I would have clicked it. Not only have we gotten food poisoning from this subway before. This last experience we are absolutely done going there. We were greeted as we walked through the door, we had a party of four. One sandwich was thrown half correctly together. He got the bread, cheese, and meat, toasted. Doing great so far, then I'm asked what I would like. This is where it starts going bad. I wanted my sub exactly like the first. He asked me what kind of bread. I had to say again the exact same sub as the one before me. He did the right meat than asked me what cheese. Again for the third time I said exactly like the first sub. He threw it off to the side before I could mutter a syllable out of my mouth to mention I'd like mine toasted just like the first sub, he throws it off to the side to help the other two in the party. So now we have one sub fresh out of the toaster and waiting for it to be made. We were asked what we would like to put on it. We wanted everything NO olives. He's THROWING all the ingredients on the sandwich, not spread evenly on the sandwich, not spaced out. This dude literally takes one handful of everything and throws it on the sandwich. He's two ingredients in and puts the one thing we didn't want on the sub, which was no olives. and then asks what sauces. Then we informed him that we didn't want olives on it. He takes maybe 4-6 off when he just threw a handful on there. Continues layering ingredients on top of the one thing we didn't want on the sub. Then ask what sauces we want. Our party was respectfully, trying to get them to slow down because obviously they weren't listening and high on something. Hey can you maybe not just throw it together and take your time and take the olives off and than maybe ask what sauces when you are done with toppings. Nope I've had enough, never had a worst subway experience than this. Said very politely, sorry we can't do this. We are just going to leave.

I didn't ask for this. I didn't ask to give Ed a bad review, but ED brought it on ED'S self.All I wanted was to buy some footlongs for my family on a Friday night. I was interested in this Subway Series thing because the subs looked pretty good, but eff me if I'm not getting to be a crusty old man who can't read the teeny tiny teensy weensy price. You know, the one next to the GIGANTIC sub name? Yeah, that's apparently the one ingredient you CANNOT ask for because when I simply requested that ED help me out and just tell me a few prices really quick, he responded with "That's too many sandwiches to list prices for you sir, I can't do that".......uhhh you actually Can, but...okay...I let ED tell me I couldn't know the price of the food I was ordering for about thirty seconds then decided, no."No, ED, I actually think you could have and should have told me, actually""Just doing my job, sir." Good old arrogant ED, just doing his job.I have a job too, ED. I do my job right. You should too. Won't be ordering from this or another Subway as long as ED is employed there. Thanks for ruining what should have been an exciting and rare trip to buy $60 in overpriced sandwiches for my family. Won't ever do that at THIS location again.
