We gave them 20 dollars and the gal asked another worker what to do because they only had dollar bills no 5s or 10s our bill was 9.51 we gave 20.00 and this was at 12 so they still had a long day ahead. Also my husband ordered hard taco he got a soft shell

Been to this location several times and the soda pop tastes dirty, like they need to clean spouts or flush the lines. Hope they solve the issue as Tacobell has always been a favorite

We ordered online and went through drive thru to get it and we were on our way and they got all of our orders wrong so we turned around and went inside and tried to get them to remake our order but they didn’t they only remade a few things and we were not satisfied do not recommend

I don’t know what it is with Taco Bell employees if they don’t teach them how to make tacos I ordered two crunch wraps, and all I got was two big scoops, one scoop of sour cream, and one scoop of nacho cheese. There was virtually nothing else on them I don’t get it.

New Year's Eve- Waited in kine 35 minutes for the 4 or 5 cars in front of me. Get up to the order box and wait at least 10 minutes more. The cashier comes on and says "door dash only". I was like "So I've been sitting in this line for more than 45 minutes for nothing?" He wasn't super rude, just casually rude? Along the lines of absolutely no effs given. NONE. AT. ALL. Told me that's why it's taking so long, because of door dash. Were people sitting in the line and ordering through door dash and then setting themselves up as drivers to be their own driver for pick up?There should have been a sign of some sort posted.

Restaurant is clean and fairly recently updated. Food was fair to good for this chain. Service was lacking. 2 of 3 in our party did counter order and 1 did mobile app order. 2 were almost done eating before mobile order was ready. I wasn't the only one waiting waiting forever, we watched 3 people walk out, 2 mobile orders and one who stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and wasn't helped. Staff seemed somewhat friendly but perhaps short staffed or training. Not once did anyone say anything about how long or why it was taking. None of the waiting customer complained or were rude but everyone was looking around like "what's going on here?" I was in no rush, but a small acknowledgement even in general goes a long way. I would say at minimum 4 people were waiting, and at the most it was about 10 people waiting while we were there. Very unusual from our experience of this chain. Wait time was over 10-15 minutes for several people. We will try it again next time we are in town, lack of acknowledgement is a bad customer service move imo. Most people are understanding when you say your short staffed.

I made a mobile order here at around 12-12:10 AM ish, and I ordered three cheesey roll ups and only had one in the bag. When I went back through and asked for the others, the boy that made our order very rudely said “how does that add up?” And told us that we either weren’t counting correct or were stealing. Firstly, it’s two dollars. It’s two cheese tortillas. When I said to him, “I’m not sure, but I don’t have them,” he said “well I can’t help you” and slammed the window in our face. Not only is this incredibly rude, but it’s embarrassing. He needs to pursue another career. Bad day or not, you do not treat people like that. And further, my one (1) cheesey roll up that I DID have, as well as the rest of my tacos, were cold. And two of them were made incorrectly as well. I don’t recommend this location.

Had to wait 15 mins after being greeted over intercom before our order was taken, Was in line for about 40 mins total. While waiting for our food at the window the drive thru worker was just standing there on her phone.

It's because of places like this with such awful service the robots will be taking over soon. Never seen anywhere with so many unsatisfied customers. Workers have no people skills, won't even look you in the eye when they mumble 4 words to you. Probably won't bother coming back and being a burden
