My kids and I decided to try this place out for the first time tonight. It was right before 6 when we arrived. Not much of a wait to have our order taken. The cashier was very friendly and helpful, answered our questions and was patient with our indecisiveness. Decided on salmon, teriyaki and orange chicken, all 3 bowls with noodles. By the time we sat down (had all clean tables and drink station that I saw) after getting our drinks, the customers had filled the lobby. I realized then, there was lots of food delivery orders coming out of that kitchen. We observed people until our dinner was brought to our table- the interactions, mannerisms, patience, multitasking and composure. The cashier was very busy taking and bagging up orders, and serving customers. I was happy to see a gentleman from the kitchen come to her aid before it became too overwhelming. The delivery drivers were patient, alert and prompt on grabbing the orders as soon as they came up. Carry out orders were just the same. Only customers who vocalized their impatience on food orders were for dine in. And to that, I’d like to remind them, this restaurant is not fast food, it’s made to order. Coming at a prime dinner time near a busy intersection of SF, you can expect a wait, especially with so many people ordering online these days. Overall, I was pleased with the way people treated each other during the hour we spent there, as it was all part of our first dining experience there. The teriyaki salmon with noodles and all veggies was delicious. My kids preferred the orange chicken over teriyaki and with less veggies. The gentleman from the kitchen came to check in to make sure we liked what we ordered. I also let the cashier know it was really good and thanked her again before we left.Between the food and customer service, we will definitely be coming back!Kid-friendliness: My kids really liked the forks and the jr bowls were perfect size for them!

Overall when it came to the food, size matters. They did not disappoint in the size department. Warning: delicious food is highly addictive and fresh to order goodness. Also supports military with a military discount. Bob Ross says "It's important to do something that makes you happy." Teriyaki Madness will make your taste buds happy.

Stopped in after the gym and this place hit the spot. I usually don't do spicy but got the spicy orange grilled chicken. Spicy for sure, but didn't linger. I enjoyed it and will definitely be back to try the other options!

Wonderful place with very friendly staff. Gluten free options are well marked on menu which is a plus.

OMFG! THAT WAS SO TASTY. What a great place to eat. It was fast and affordable. Plus the taste was like nothing else I've had in Sioux Falls. Will be back.

Great choice for lunch! There were a lot of people coming in to pick up orders, so that probably explains the little bit of wait we had. If your in a hurry I would suggest ordering ahead. The staff seems fairly new but everyone was friendly and trying their best. The food was good and the portion size was plenty for me!

Chicken was burnt. I waited 40 minutes for two bowls. People who would come in way after me would get their food before I got mine. The lady at the register was rude and would not comply with me on a refund. I come to Sioux Falls once a month and look forward to eating some teriyaki madness but the past couple times I’ve been here, the service hasn’t been the best.

So let me start this by saying there is new ownership before now this was my favorite place to eat but the employees very new did great but the woman in charge completely ruined my favorite place while waiting for my food. I can hear her loudly and unprofessional reprimand the employees u can see and hear her frustration at them she has a rude attitude with her staff I'm sorry but u should never speak to ur staff like this or where customers can hear u so I'm sorry but really just made me not want to come back justin who is on his 2nd day was amazing and I can't believe the way she was treating her team.

In theory, this should be a good novel concept restaurant. But the salmon and chicken are overcooked leaving the meats hard and somewhat inedible.'Spicy' is too much (overpowering) spice -- which defeats the goal of a flavorful meal.Over-priced, overly seasoned, poorly prepared food.Solution: re-train the cooks please.
