Used to like coming here for the peanut butter egg burger, but now the menu is pretty much exactly the same as the menu for the Gruff. Annoying, because there’s already the Gruff. The food and staff are consistently excellent, though.

Was recommended to eat by a friend who lives in Sioux Falls and they were not wrong by any means. The place was pretty packed on a Monday nighy so I knew that we were about to eat some tasty food! Atmosphere along with decor were very rustic and cool, loved the vibes here. Service was terrific, friendly and fast. Food was absolutely amazing; we got the fry bread & queso appetizer and I chose the Cuban sandwich as my entree. 5 stars all around for my family's experience here, we'll come back whenever visiting Sioux Falls!

Stopped in for dinner with a friend who recommended this place. It was busy so we did expect a little bit of a wait. I loved the decor and the vibes here. The fry bread appetizer was delicious and loved the ranch fries! Our food all came out at different times which isn't preferred and our server was nice but a bit inattentive so they lost a star for that but overall good experience.

I was recommended by a couple of people at the office I'm interning at to try the chislic at The Attic, as it's a must-try South Dakota specialty not found elsewhere. Excited to delve into local cuisine, I eagerly ordered the chislic with BBQ sauce, alongside a patty melt and fries. The service at the start of my meal was exceptional. The server was attentive, promptly providing water and a menu. This changed when she was hit with the dinner rush. I was just there; my water cup fell empty. The chislic, served as an appetizer, arrived first, accompanied by the BBQ sauce I requested. However, it was the tiny container of garlic salt that truly elevated the dish, enhancing its flavors. While the chislic was enjoyable, I found it to be a bit pricey for the portion size, yet it made for a memorable experience. Moving on to the patty melt, I was pleasantly surprised by its quality. The bread's crust was perfectly toasted, adding a delightful crunch to each bite. Remarkably, I managed to enjoy both items for under $30 (before tip). Unable to finish everything, I happily anticipated enjoying the leftovers for lunch the next day; I even brought my own Tupperware to take the leftovers home. Overall, my dining experience at The Attic was a fulfilling introduction to South Dakota cuisine, leaving me eager to explore more local flavors during my time here.
