Nikki was excellent to work with and provided the most adorable custom sugar cookies for our launch party! And her cupcakes were a hit! We received so many compliments from our guests. Also, love that she's located downtown on Phillips!Highly recommend!

I ordered my daughters first birthday cake and custom cookies more then a month before her party. Just before midnight the day of the party she emailed me stating she couldn't complete my order because she was in the ER. I get it life happens....but midnight the evening before the party hmm. I had already prepaid for these, she stated she would give me a refund and it would take 2-3 days for it to process. A week goes by and still no refund. So I contacted her & she stated she could see the refund on her end and I informed her it certainly was not refunded on my end. So she stated she would contact PayPal, fine. She stated the next day is it was refunded she would send me the money. Hmm fishy. I gave it another 5 days.... Nothing. So I contacted her again stating I still didn't get my refund. She assured me it was in "process", she again told me if it was processed within 2 days she would refund me..... here we are almost 3 weeks later, no refund. I saw she had wonderful reviews and great cookies, but boy did she disappoint. I wouldn't use/buy from Twisted Sisters Sweetz ever again. I get life does happen & emergencies come up. But refunds are normally instant or 2-3 days not 3 weeks.

Just wondering if your ever open have been to sioux falls twice now and on google it says your open at 12 we get there at 12:30 and not open if your not going to be open at the time you say then you should change it

These ladies do an amazing job. So impressed! Their cookies are so yummy and so cute! I have a friend getting married and we had them at her bridal shower and we also did a fun cookie decorating class where they came to us, set everything up and it was so much fun ! I highly recommend this place for any of your cookie needs or to take a cookie decorating class!!! The fun cookies are the ones I personally decorated(which i have never done it before this time!) The ring one is the ones we had at the bridal shower!

Absolutely awful. The cookies I ordered were over 2 hours late from the agreed upon pick up time. When I finally received them I was actually shocked at how terrible they were. They honestly looked like they hired a child to do the job. On top of that, I had asked for a certain quote to be on some of the cookies.... they said "we can do that, no problem!" But when the cookies were delivered... they were no where in sight. Please please please do your research and don't order from here!!! After showing my friends and family I couldn't tell you the amount of times I was told "I haven't heard good things about them". I was so embarrassed to show up with these in hand!!

Excellent experience!! These girls are great at what they do. We had a private event with cookie decorating. It was a blast! The field were were quick to respond and everything went smoothly. We also had a cake that was absolutely delicious!! Would recommend to anyone in Sioux Falls.
