Let me start by saying I rarely leave a bad review. First impression... Outside trash can by the door looked like it hasn't been emptied in several days at best. The bathroom was just as bad, the smell of urine was so strong it reminded me of the outhouses that were necessary when camping as a child. It was BAD! The shining star was the food which was hot and fresh. The soda machine was also gross like the rest of the place... you could tell it hasn't been wiped down for days either

Showed up at 1025 wanted to order lunch said I had to wait till 1030 fine ok waited wasn’t able to actually order a burger till 1050 and then they had nothing ready manger was yelling at staff just a complete incompetent mess. Then after a 15 min wait for fast food it came out cold and soggy. Wow just wow. And if the food being bad wasn’t enough the restaurant it’s self was filthy.I usually like Wendy’s this one restaurant has single handedly ruined this brand for me.

Manager seems like he hates working . Let alone him having any type of customer service. Both orderes were wrong and then they took forever to get the burgers . Had to repeat what the burgers were 5 times. Worst fast food experience yet.

Disrespectful and Hostile Staff Ruin the ExperienceI've been to a lot of fast food restaurants, but I have never encountered staff as rude and disrespectful as the crew at Wendy's on Lyon Ave. in Sioux Falls. From the moment I walked in, the kitchen workers were loudly mocking customers in a very demeaning way.When someone simply asked if they had spicy chicken sandwiches, they replied in an extremely sarcastic and derisive tone. The poor cashier seemed to be the only polite employee, being new, but everyone else had a major attitude problem.I was made fun of repeatedly and loudly for taking my time using the ordering kiosk for the first time. They built an imaginary person to continue ridiculing and insulting. Any minor question any customer had was met with sneering and rude comments from the line workers.There was one employee in particular who was outrageously loud and presumptuous, carrying on with the mocking for an uncomfortable duration. All the other customers were seated as far away from these awful employees as possible to try to escape their abuse.Before I could even finish my meal, the other patrons had had enough and walked out. I was then rushed out by employees bringing cleaning supplies and trash cans to my table, making noises and obviously trying to force me to leave.I've never felt so disrespected or made to feel so unwelcome at any restaurant. The quality of the food is irrelevant when the staff treats customers with such hostility and cruelty. I will never return to this location as long as this is the kind of experience they provide. Avoid this Wendy's at all costs unless you want to be belittled and ridiculed throughout your meal.Parking: plenty

Ordered the Cobb salad but it comes with ranch dining sauce, not salad dressing or onion sticks. Great customer service but real weird salad dressing.

Went to the drive through...the lady handed me a coke and asked for it back! She took of the lid and smelled it before asking did you order regular coke and she handed it back. I didn't grab the coke and just left. Avoid Wendy's on W. 12th St in Sioux Falls.

The place was not on top of things, unfortunately. Food was not hot at lunchtime. Had no ice at all. The soda was warm, and no napkins were completely empty. I told them, and no one did a thing. Was not very busy and just didn't seem to be on top of things. Maybe they need more help but we were buying a car across the road and had not eaten allday. I don't know if this is how they operate usually, but it was not ideal and a lot of upset people.

Saw the line in the drive through was long so went inside thinking it would be quicker But didn't realize they only had 1 person working the front. you can order through kiosks but still only 1 person putting together the orders and it was more than a 15 minute wait for the food.
