Very sad that Wendys has chosen so many locations to not open the inside. We are all going out everyday and doing our job. I find it sad that they choose to have customers set in a drive thru line rather than be able to have a decent lunch break inside. I wonder if it's just cheaper for them to do it this way or if they are using covid an excuse not to go back to regular business as others have. I used to adore them but now I avoid them. I do thank them for giving me the gumption to make a dang good Bacon Cheeseburger and Handcut Fries in my own Kitchen. It also saves me a lot of money.

I really want to like Wendy’s. I go back time and time again, but I couldn’t count the amount of time I have had hair in my food. I couldn’t count on my hands and feet how many times specifically from this location. I have short brown hair, so when I find super long either black or red hair I know it’s not mine. If your going to try a Wendy’s go somewhere else for your sake and your appetite’s sake. Absolutely will never have Wendy’s again anymore.

I have always liked Wendy's. This was some of the worst fast food I've ever had. Undercooked fries, overcooked burgers (burnt and dry), stale buns, lack of seasoning. I will continue to eat at Wendy's just never again in Sioux Falls!

I order from Wendy's often and about half the time they completely mess up my order, even though I always order the same thing. I'm very picky. Today, I ordered for my boyfriend and I, two Dave's Doubles with mayonnaise and cheese only, 2 large fries and 4 sides of the cheese sauce for the fries, same as always. The two doubles are completely wrong as shown in the picture below and both fries were so salty they were completely inedible. This has happened so many times at this point with me basically throwing away 20 dollars each time as we will not eat these burgers that I'm finally leaving a review. It seems you cannot order without double checking with them even though you check the order screen to make sure they're hearing you right and then having to check your bag and hold up the line every single time because there's a good change it'll still be wrong. Today I wasn't even given a receipt in my bag so that's lovely. If I don't receive a reply to this review with a satisfactory resolution soon, I will just have to dispute this charge with my bank to get my order refunded. I'm tired of paying for food that goes straight into the trash wasting 100's of dollars of my money over the last 6 months.

Very very slow service. Facility is in need of serious deep clean. This location has gone downhill in the past few years. The food was decent once we received it.

Tried the baconator breakfast combo it was actually good the wedges too added a maple chicken biscuit it however was a little dry and the coffee a little bitter for my taste

Once again they did not get my order correct. 2and time in a row at this location I order a plain hamburger and it comes out with all of the junk on it or comes as a cheeseburger. Even told them just beef patties and bun.

Was in the lobby and wanted to buy a dessert. But while waiting at the counter the employee said we would have to go through the drive thru because the lobby was closed. We definitely would have been able to order inside before the closing time came

I got a baked potato and they forgot the sour cream when I asked for it. This has happened three times now and their fries are always way too oversalted.
