Store was FILTHY! Bathroom horrendous. Trash all over the floor of bathroom and dining area. Whole time I was there the team was just standing at counter talking and being loud. This was the day shift, when night shift crew came in the atmosphere changed and became professional and serious. Oh and please for the love of God clean your soda dispenser!!!
First experience with carry out here was great. Food was fast and fresh, ordering was easy. Been back three times since that initial order and been disappointed in new ways each time. My primary gripe is the self-ordering POS machines. I don't mind using them to order, I actually find them more convenient. I had a lot of trouble getting the app to work for Wendy's new specials so I got a hold of store manager Amy and she made sure I was up and running and was able to place my orders and I really appreciate that.
