The food here is really good, but they seem to be perpetually understaffed which means that your service will be very slow. The sitting area in the restaurant also feels straight up abandoned, but just get your order to go so you don't have to worry about that

I'll get Wingstop, but not in Sioux Falls. I'm not sure who they're cooking for since there is no way to order... It's like they walk in each day, take the phone off the hook, set the online orders to "not taking orders" and rehearse telling people they're too busy to do walk-up orders.

i believe wing stop is was an overall good place to eat at, but tonight I had stopped in there to get a quick meal before heading home. I will no longer be going there due to the lack of professionalism the staff have. The inside looks very unsanitary for starters with no garbage bin to throw your finished food in, the drink mechanic was full of water not one drink was other then washed down water. Tonight I had gone there at around 8:30 - ONE hour before closing. The lady in front had told me it was a 30 to 45 minute wait that I was happily gonna wait for if the food was so up to high hopes. I waited for the time. I request 10 original hot wings and Louisiana voodoo fries. They had told me my meal was finished at around 9:25. They came out with 8 wings and no voodoo fries. When I went to go tell the lady she brushed me off as I was nothing and told me that I had needed to give them the fries back to get the voodoo fries so I gave them my fries back and requested a refund and later to find out they no longer take refunds. This place is completely run down and dirty. Don’t recommend no longer due to their disrespect staff and poor cooks.
The owner of this franchise may not be aware of their business. The employees don't see to like their jobs. Rude and terrible customer service. The wait was incredibly wrong, the seating area was dirty and unkept, AND while I was waiting for my food they announced no more in person orders, only online. So during lunchtime they pushed all people away that wanted to order food. Too bad b/c the chicken isn't bad, but never going. back.

The food was ok, fries a little greasy, I'm curious how often they change the grease .As you pull up to the place 15 minutesbefore it opens there are 4-5 cars there already, parked and backed in right in front of the door. About 10 minutes before opening 2 employee come out and get in one of the vehicles to have a cigarette. I assume all vehicles parked are workers as well.We walked in to the counter at 11:00, gentleman sitting doing paper work, anthor comes up to take orders, but computer will not work, so he carefully slides back over the greasy floor lined with napkins, garbage from what I assume was there from night before. He goes out to the car where two employees are still enjoying their smoke to get one of them, they all three come in and he is assisted in getting the computer up to start taking orders. Uniforms on all 4 employees we have seen at this time are not fresh considering we were first customers of the day.We ordered, wings, fries and wanted 3 glasses of water...which we are charged 2.29 each for, ( they have to charge, because they were giving too many out and if they don't stop they won't get anymore raises).The food was made and our name was called in a timely manner.The employees we dealt with were nice enough, but cleanliness and customer first were not priority.I think with a little guidance and a good clean up all around it could be an ok place to eat. Not sure if I'm game to find out tho.

I was just called after placing an order and told they were closing at 3:33. Business states closed at 9:30 pm today. I'm betting they are short staffed though a reason for closing early was not given.
