I live close and eat here often. The past few times have really gone downhill. I never leave reviews, but they've messed up so many orders and forgotten so many items lately I just had to leave a cautionary tale. My wife and I get the same stuff every time, nothing complicated....I mean, It's Burger King. But they've turned me into the old man who checks the bag before driving off. Especially for how much they're charging for this mid grade fast food, I would double check your orders until this place finds some consistency.

Went in this morning (Sunday July16,2023) for breakfast around 0845. And an elderly man in his late 70’s was there. He was so confused and asked the young man behind the register about 50 questions about different foods, what was on them, how they tasted, took probably 15 minutes to finally order only to have his card rejected as invalid. I paid for his meal. But the young man behind the register was so kind and patient, and polite to this old guy. When the young man got back to the drive up window, customers were screaming at him for making them wait, not knowing how genuinely kind this young man had just been to a confused elderly man. I hope all of Spearfish can hear about this young man and lift him up as a genuinely kind, patient, polite person to this kinda crazy old man this morning. Good on ya Spearfish Burger King!!!
I ordered off the app thinking our food would be ready when we got there and we still had to wait for 20 minutes. The drive thru worker had me move my truck twice and then when the lady took our food to us she just stood there without saying anything.

Went in for breakfast ordered. After I ordered, I was told they were out of biscuits. I switched to crissonwhiches, and kiddos were not happy. And my french toast sticks were soggy supper soggy, and had no mass to them and didn't even hold their shape. As soon as we picked a table to sit at thier menu switched to lunch, if they'd have asked if I'd like to order off that menu instead I would have and been much more satisfied with the food and service.
