Asked for my bagel sandwich to be toasted as I always go in and the bagel is still cold and not even toasted. Well this time I ask them to make sure my bagel is toasted and I get my bagel sandwiches and they are burnt. I bring it to managers attention and she argues over the phone with me like im in the wrong. Saying that they sent it through twice and didn’t touch the temp and that’s how they turn out is burnt because they go through the toaster slow. I am sure there is other options and machines in the store to making sure the bagels are toasted correctly if that is the case. Also if they know sending the bagel through the bun toaster twice causes them to burn then why would proceed to send it through the toaster twice and also send out food to the customer burnt when they specifically said toasted. This McDonald’s wanted me to bring the food back to the store like i have all the time in the world to fix their mistakes and sit around waiting for a resolution instead of apologizing and making it right some other way. I will definitely not be back to this McDonald’s nor ordering a bagel sandwich priced at over 8.00

I wanted a cheeseburger happy meal. They said I could only have a hamburger. No cheese? My buddy ordered two cheeseburgers and got a quarter pounder… WITH CHEESE! WHERE IS MY CHEESE? You can give me a straw for a BOTTLE of milk, but no a slice of cheese on my burger. Also, the bottle of water they gave was open and leaking.

It was right around lunch switch when I brought my daughter in, and they were kind enough to let us order sausage biscuits. They even tasted fresh. the only issue I had was them saying they couldnt make a carmel frappe for us ....seems as if they only tell you something is broken if they don't feel like making it. Orange juice was very good though, it's been a very long time since I've had their oj.

I go through drive thru because mcdonalds is not a kid friendly anymore there's no point of taking your kid into McDonalds with out a play area. They could of been more friendly and the food could of just been better that meat was cold on my sandwhich!

First off I ordered curbside. I waited over 20 mins and no food. Went inside and a staff member said oh we cant let the little kids go outside it's not safe. So you employ child labor or what ? If u cant do curbside block it off on the app. Food was not cold but not hot. Service subpar and awful overall. Filled the hole in my stomach but not in my soul. Ronald McDonald would be ashamed.
