Had gyro based on TV ads. Looked good in ads but were a complete disappointment in reality. Classic bait and switch situation. Appearance resembled gyros but were not brimming with meat as shown in ads and definitely didn't taste like real gyros. My mistake for expecting more from a fast food restaurant.

I just ordered the 2 for $6 and the classic roast beef I ate had moldy bread. And the crispy fish sandwich had more breading on it than actual fish. What a disappointment.

I tried to order the 2 for 7 beef n cheddar, with no onion bun and no red sauce, like I have at all arbys!!!!! And was told I couldn’t order that like that. I no order them the same way every time! With no issues for the special. It’s pretty simple. I’ll tell you how , you sub regular bun and no red sauce!! BOOM DONE!!! That wasn’t so hard
They were out of the Goodburgers, so I ordered a roast beef and mozzarella sticks with ranch and a sprite... well I wanted to swap out the sprite because it tasted awful, but the girl handed me my food so fast she had the door shut before I could begin to ask. When I got home there was no ranch, and my roast beef had no sauce, just two sweaty slices of roast beef, but the real kicker was the tough old sesame seed hamburger bun it came on. Mozzarella sticks were good though.

I went to arbys to get a quick dinner. I ordered a fry, nuggets and drink. Their was one other person in line with me and I waited 35 minutes without moving at all in the line. Eventually I just left. I could’ve drove across town and got McDonald’s faster then going to arbys which is pretty close by. I understand your short staffed, but I know for a fact that the crew is slacking.

Not a bad place to eat. Online ordering is very usefull, would eb perfect if you could get your order from drive thru. Unfortunately you cant so almsot a waste of time ordering online to have to go inside anywayI kean there is never a line waiting so ordering isnt any faster.that is if the employees declide to rake your order. Ive had to ask if they were serving lobby before since drive was only plce being helped.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice and ooem front door.,
