My favorite Burger King in the Black Hills. Always clean and friendly employees and very seldom do they get an order wrong here.Parking: Always parking available and even room for trailers and RVs.
I went thru the drive thru for breakfast at 1024 and was told rudely they already stopped serving breakfast. I asked what time they stopped because the breakfast menu on the drive thru was still up and not changed to lunch yet and the lady seemed annoyed and said 1030. So maybe the sturgis bk should change it's time to stop breakfast at 1024 then instead of 1030 like they advertise.

came here two days in a row and both days was the same girl working the window. both days she had a terrible attitude, both while taking our order and while giving us the food. i let it slide the first time because i’m not usually one to get upset about food industry workers. but the second time was no better, if not worse. she didn’t ask us if we wanted cheese on our whopper, she didn’t ask us what size we wanted anything, and after every item she sounded annoyed when asking “anything else?”. we also have asked her twice yesterday and once today for sauce and she completely ignored us. my boyfriend had to go inside and get it himself. we also got no napkins, or straws. i can handle incompetence, we all have bad days. but to be dumb and rude is crazy.

I went to burger king at about 1:30PM 9/28, ordered the chicken burger combo with 2 rodeo burgers, rodeo burgers were cold and hardly any sauce, the chicken burger had about two leafs of lettuce and again hardly any mayo, fries were cold, soggy, and too salty, the workers had a bad attitude and clearly did not want to work that day, the best thing about the meal was my drink, never coming back.
