The worst customer service in regards to food delivered. They absolutely will not answer the phone, so you are left to only offer them a chargeback ... i hope you receive many more until you check in and start listening to your customers with real people .. not AI!~ ... you are losing money.....Parking: You online service is horrible ....

I just got food delivered to hotel I used to work at Domino's as I loved my crew & bosses Austin savage and judd. I got a pizza from my mother from Georgia as a congrats when we got our place. The delivery driver tall black hair black mustache dude was completely rude as I didn't feel the need to tip since it was my mom's card I told him thank u and looked back and said "ya very generous of you" now If I knew that was someone I used to work with wouldn't of had a side comment and just complained at work that's fine cool but don't ever disrespect ur guest u wouldn't have a payday if it wasn't for us can honestly say my old job I loved with all my heart went to absolute garbage and will only order when I know my old crew is on Zane,judd,Dave, which I'll gladly tip as much as I can bc they always had the up most respect. - Annie & Robert

Just ordered two pizzas offline and the person who just delivered my pizza is an rtard had the porch light on with a chair sitting by the front door this inbred put the pizza on the table that had snow all over it, if you see this get a diff job or stop being an idiot

Delivery driver was rude as HELL,David didn't bother to wait at the door so I could give him a tip...not my fault he dropped his bag off the porch,sadly only pizza place that delivers to my location. Service like this deserved NO tip and the manager thinks his actions are justified.

I don’t like writing bad reviews, and honestly I never had a bad experience here until today. I ordered from the app, I paid 40$ for one large pizza and a pasta dish, we waited and waited and our pizza never came. I checked the “pizza tracker” thing on their app and it said my food had been delivered. So I immediately called the store, and the kid who answered wasn’t sure how to help me, so he said he would have the delivery driver give me a call. She finally called and was incredibly rude and put out. Saying she knocked and nobody answered so she just left the food there…..where?! Then proceeds to tell me to call the store and figure it out. So I wandered around to find my $40 pizza and finally found my food sitting in front of an abandoned shed like building with no windows and no address a block away from my house. Wasps and flies were covering it. I understand it’s Rally and things are extremely busy, but come on….an abandoned building? They had my phone number and any other time the delivery driver has struggled finding the address I gave them, they usually call before just leaving my food sit somewhere. $40 is a lot for one pizza and a side dish, and I’ve always worked in the food service industry so I’m wondering why she thought it was ok to just leave it and then to have the attitude she did with me…
Make sure you dont order a pizza anywhere near closing time or else the old angry woman working will get mad at you for ordering a pizza for pickup and scold you when you go to pick it up and also make the pizza deliberately bad because she's throwing a tantrum about having to do her job.

We needed to order some grub for supper and seeing as we already had beer well then Pizza was the proper choice to go with it.

Called the local number and wound up talking to some oriental lady could barely understand. The language barrier was high and she didn't understand the ordering process, putting me on hold several times. Asked for three each packets of parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes to with the large pizzas; was told that would be $13 more. I refused to pay and asked to speak to the mgr. Was connected to the mgr; he explained the person I spoke with was a call center place and they often have this problem. He took the $13 off and told me I would get my seasoning packets. Delivery time was acceptable to the nearby hotel. There was a $5 delivery fee added to the already high bill, and the delivery guy wearing his scientifically proven useless covid mask had the gall to ask for a tip. I wasted no time telling him I just paid a $5 delivery fee. He wasted no time telling me he does't get any of that. I wasted no time I wasn't paying more. I'm glad I didn't tip him: no seasoning packets. I'll be forwarding a copy of this to Domino's proper.
