Two waitresses for barely 20 customers. Sat for 10 minutes at the bar and didn't even get acknowledged.Walked across the street to The Loud American where it was packed. Greeted, seated and had our beers in 2 minutes.Gonna be a tuff rally if this is how it's going to be

The pours here from my experience was not good. I'm not paying $28 for a jack and Coke and rum and redbull to just taste soda. The atmosphere is awesome. Tge service was pretty ok. But the drinks and proce were trash.

The reviews are absolutely inaccurate. Tried to sit down to eat and was told the kitchen was putting orders on hold for an HOUR to catch up. The place barely had anyone in it! No management seemed to be present. Get it together people.

You guys get a one star from me because of poor new management on some power trip who accused their bartenders of stealing when you were actually stealing from your bartenders. Nine, count them, NINE bartenders walked out on you at Sturgis? There’s this thing called “high turnover”. When the turnover is high, that means the company has poor business practices within the company & against their workers. Freaking amateur hour. BRING BACK THE OLD MANAGEMENT TEAM!

I have a lot of respect for One Eyed Jack's Saloon for allowing the Hellfighters to have a service every first Sunday of the Sturgis Rally. They also allow them to put out Biker Bibles for the entire week. Everyone is very polite and kind to us.
