“I want to briefly share my thoughts about Troy who is in the meat department or deli. I spoke with Troy earlier today about an online order that I was trying to place and have delivered. I was having a bit of trouble placing the order for delivery and Troy told me that he would ensure that it was taken care of. He was aware that these food trays were for two families that had an unexpected loss of a family member. On his own accord Troy called me back later this afternoon asking if I was able to place the orders. I told him I was and he asked when I would like them delivered? I told him that I was hoping to get them delivered tomorrow but that the only option online was for Thursday afternoon delivery. Without hesitation told me don't worry about it, I'll take care of it and personally ensure that they are both delivered tomorrow morning. He went way out of his way knowing that this was a difficult time for the families to make sure that these food trays will be delivered tomorrow morning.
