The first day we went the food and service was amazing! Well done! The second day is the reason for the 3 stars. We waited 25 minutes for a menu and the waitress to tell us she'd be back with water. 20 minutes later....nothing. We got up and attempted to pay for our sprite and got the wait a minute finger. After waiting another 5 minutes, we put $10 on counter and left. Bad business right there! And no....it was not packed at all. I could've handled the floor and bar myself!

I liked the setup as it was a large opening space, perfect for a bar. However, food and service had a lot to desire. Our server was clearly new and overworked. He had trouble remembering and writing down everyone's orders, as well as running between our table and the kitchen inefficiently because he chose to process only one order at a time. Onion rings tasted frozen. Steak tips tasted bland. Overall, it's just a place I wanted to finish my food, close the tab and leave.

Showed up for dinner. Zero help. Stood at the bar ready to order dinner and drinks for my family and myself. Staff disappeared. The couple bartenders looked at me and ignored me. Was not busy. We walked out. Hope they fix that. We will not be back.
