Great experience! Food was wonderful. The delivery driver, Jeffrey, was thorough, kind, courteous and patient! I think Domino's should hire all of their delivery drivers 50 years old and older.

just saw one of the drivers have so much trouble trying to figure out which house is which then proceeds to deliver to the wrong house and I yelled being like hey your at the wrong house didn't pay me any mind and then left funny enough it was a cash on delivery unless the person who got my stuff had 23.27 burning a hole in his pocket they probably didn't pay but at least I still have my money

Randall deserves all 5 stars, my encounters with him have been very delightful on several occasions! He hasn't been there long but damn his customer service is great, greets you, ready & willing to help. If he is in the middle of something he lets you know he will be with you in a minute, friendly, always has a smile on his face. I haven't seen him lately; so hope'n he still works there! But if not its totally understandable due to the manager & how I've seen her treats the employees.Shannon, the store manager & other staff do not even get the 1 star. When I came in to get my order, she was yelling at her employees saying they were retards & going off about how stupid they must be. Most often than not it smells of pot when you first walk in. In short, let's just say not impressed at all. I kind of wonder what happens if an employee tried to go to HR & makes a complaint. Does that person now no longer have a job, hours taken away? Not sure why corporate would continue to allow this to happen. Sure, you have lost several great employees cause of this.

Call this restaurant placed an order for 16 wings to be cooked well done for carry out. Up on arriving to dominoes I wasn't greeted by any of the staff members my order would have been wrong if I wouldn't have went up there I very Disappointed about this location poor customer service skills and lack of interest in getting people orders right. I have ashare in this company and now I see why its dropping. I will not be going back to that location that manager needs to be replaced.

STEVE (that's my dads name so slay) helped me with my order, and it was utterly delightful. He was the nicest man I think I will ever encounter. I have not even the slightest idea of what in the world these negative reviews were reFURRYing to. I would give six stars if I could. I love Steve pls give him a raise.

Have ordered fro Dominos in Watertown 3 times in the last month. First 2 times forgot garlic butters. Called and complained and they gave me a $20 credit. Ordered 3 time(today) at 1100. Said 45 minutes to an hour. Has been hour and 45 min. Got delivered and was cold. Very disappointed and probably won’t order anymore. Not impressed.

Horrendous customer service and very rude GM. I have never been less impressed with customer service before. When there was a call made, I was hung up on after having to deal with the rude GM. Not impressed. Plus their food is mediocre.

Ordered food at 11:15 said it was delivered at 11:45, 15 minutes later I still have no food and now I'm late to class. The driver called and couldn't even articulate where they where going. If you can't work at Domino's then what good are you?
