I came here several times while I was staying in Watertown at holiday inn for work, food was nice and quick service. Just make sure you don’t take a wrong turn and join I29 north like I did on my first visit!
Called and ordered takeout, 2 dinners. Order ready 10-15 mins. Walked in, no hostess or cashier station which was awkward- stood near kitchen entry to intercept staff. Order was on time and correct. Good portions, tasty food. Salad plain but ok. Good chili. Great patty melt and fries. Really good spaghetti (pasta with robust marinara) and warm soft breadstick.

I've been coming here since it was called the Windmill, I think. I enjoy mornings and the older servers but don't always get them. That's why the three stars. It is a very nice place with good food. You can usually strike up some good conversations with other travelers. And it's close to home.
