where can you find a pace that has good customer service anymore? absolutely not here! they forget some of our food so like a normal person i went back through to go and get my food that i paid for. they had the audacity to try and tell me i had to repay!! the employees were absolutely so rude for no reason! i was being so respectful and told them that it was alright but they kept being blatantly disrespectful. go to the mcdonald’s closer to the interstate!! have good luck!

Arrived at drive thru at 12:56pm received my food at 1:19 pm and then it was cold. They were taking orders from 1 of the drive thrus 3 cars at a time and 1 at a time in line I was in. Car in front of me got wrong food so he had to wait another 5 min. Not only was I late getting back to work I had a disgusting cold lunch. Will not be returning.

Took almost 30 minutes to get a Big Mac meal. I had to go to the counter and ask where my food was. When it did finally arrive, Big Mac was not really edible, and fries were room temp at best. They weren't busy, it looked like the staf was just f**king around behind the counter. McDonald's corporation needs to hear about the poor service.

Nice new building, fantastic service, and a location that likes Charter Busses, and their operators. This will definitely be my choice to stop rather than Mankato, since they have attitude w/large groups and as such show no appreciation to the Driver.
