I went in to get a spicy Italian and they couldn't figure out how to make it even though it's on the menu. Than proceeded to put the toppings on in a fashion that made the sub extremely messy compared to normal subways that I have been to. I had a specific way I wanted things put on but they didn't even ask.

Couldn't connect online. Called in an order...2 6 in subs very easy! Order was repeated back to me...got home and the wrong sandwich! I was across town and home. All they could say was I didn't take the order, I didn't make the order...come back and we'll replace it! Otherwise don't know what to tell you. I won't be going back!!! Watertown sd store

Ordered 2 subs one he forgot bacon, 6 pieces of chicken on footlong, the lady had to fix the club he made. I understand new but then shadow them..I even told her it's never looked like this, he's new was her reply not let me correct the problem. And it wasn't busy.

This subway has rude employees working here. I wanted to add some toppings to my sandwich and this lady gives me a attitude and says I need to decide what I want when i ordered inside... I even came through the drive thru and the employee even gave me a dirty look for no reason I will absolutely not be coming back here anymore. Subway really needs to train their employees to be friendlier and more professional. This is the worst subway ever in Watertown!!!

They are absolutely horrible! I love subway but they were way better when they had multiple locations. They workers don't talk to each other they will just walk away.

Absolutely horrible service. They are very pushy about going by what the book says instead of what I want on MY sandwich. Literally said what chicken I wanted on my sandwich, he proceeded to look straight at my bf who said that was the wrong chicken and still put it on my sandwich. Just a really bad experience the two times I’ve been here.

OK food, but they tend to be inconsistent in the way they make their sub sandwiches etc. - I think they need more experienced workers that care about how the food looks to their customers! Dagwood's is a lot of competition, and if they want to compete they need to be more diligent in their work!
