This is hands down THE BEST TACO BELL they made my enchritos the only store that has said yes since being put back on the menu great atmosphere and attitudes from every employee in the store they should all get RAISESWAY TO GO WATERTOWN,

This is the "most" unprofessional place I've ever been in,the problem is the manager she's like a 30+ year old she has no respect also has a mentality like she's in highschool and loses her gud workers bcuz they refuse to work with junkies, addicts ,drunks,the kids who work there don't wanna work poor work ethic here corporate need to address this losing alot of $$

The watertown location was pretty chaotic the night I went. The team was hanging on by a thread alot of orders their c02 went out so they couldn't provide sodas. Many customers were coming in asking for refunds.. and the team remained professional it's like everything was going wrong but not one team member let it show they kept smiles on there faces and kept their composures.. it's a great location ?

New building. Nice place to eat. Plenty of seating. The woman who takes the orders was very friendly and my order was correct. Their drive up lane was easily accessible. The tortillas are so large -- only 1/2 filled. Would suggest the smaller tortilla to prevent waste. Good soft shell tacos though. ?Vegetarian options: A bean&cheese taco for .99 cents

12/1/23We waiting about 5 mins to be waited on. Their was a few people in front of us that also hadn't been waited on. The guy running the drive through was asked to get the front counter he said I can't until I'm done with drive through. Then the guy in front of us that ordered took the wrong food after he asked if the food was his and was told yes. While we waited someone came in to get door dash or online order it was gone because the person who took the wrong food took it. It took us almost 25 minutes to get our food. Mean while while we were eating 5 different people walked out due to it being slow!

The staff refused to take my fathers order and made him use a kiosk. He left because he felt discriminated as they took other orders before him until it was his turn only to be turned away. His English may be broken but he knows enough to order Mexican based food and what he wants in general while also having done it at multiple locations until this one. Ridiculous.

I mean seriously how difficult can it be to cut a quesadilla? I want to pull a piece off my tortilla and bite into it, not have to rip it apart like a rabid dog and then snarfing it down before it all falls apart. There are little impression marks on the tortillas as if there was an attempt to cut it, but it really just looks like they set a knife ON it, and called it good.Tacos were good tho, but I kinda figured a place called Taco Bell could make a taco correctly. Maybe I need to find a place called Quesadilla Bell to get it done right.Also bring back the quesarito, literally replaced it with nothing but trash.
