The topping on the burgers are amazing but they use thin frozen meat that sucks. The kids burger is just a patty cut in half on a 3 inch bun. On a plus note it was clean except for the bathroom, absolutely disgusting!! We wasted $5 in the juke box because they came and turned it down so low we couldn't hear it. I will not be going back.

I must say the food has always been good here. Both locations have been excellent, so my hats off to the chef that clearly didn't change. I must say, though, the service at both locations has been horrible. For simplicity, I'll stay with the new location in the mall. Our service was by far inexcusable. There were very few people and plenty of servers, but somehow, our table of 8 was stuck with the worst server in the service industry. Firstly, she didn't know any of the drinks on the menu. That's forgivable, but when asked, she always answered with, "I don't know." There was no effort to find an answer. Second, it took well over 30 minutes for her to return after drank orders to take food orders. The issue is that we all watched her stand at the bar for 20 of those minutes doing nothing. Third, multiple people were ignored, other server's brought us drinks, multiple times our party grew tired of waiting and went to the bar to order drinks, and a simple request for water took over 10 minutes. Honestly, it ruined all the positive lunch experiences. I don't think I'll be back, which is unfortunate because the food is actually good. There was one other issue, one of the other servers came over and turned up the juke box, which was located 5 feet from our table. This made conversation impossible, and honestly, it felt unnecessary as the place was empty. Kinda annoying, especially with the high ceilings that make the place echo really bad. But I guess it's more important for the employees to drown out the patrons than actually listening to their requests.

Dine in experience.Burger menu, all patties are very small, thin and over priced. We tried “The Dawg” menu. The hot dog and bun ratio is way off. You get more bread and the hot dog is a basic hot dog and a splash of chili to go on the dog and fat tire cheese, everything gets soaked up in the bread. Food was cold. They advertise “ghost pepper”, which should have heat, but does not have any heat.If you sit in the bar section of the restaurant, the bartender is also a waiter/waitress which makes getting an alcoholic beverage and food take longer as they are running back and forth to the kitchen and putting in food orders.Upside,They have four pool tables which can make an entertaining time with friends and family. Just make sure to bring extra quarters as they never have quarters on hand. They also have tv’s through out the restaurant. Hopefully the restaurant figures out the food situation and operation.

Been waiting to try this place. Overal, lnot impressed w the food. Garlic cheese curds were ok. Ordered the Bleu burger, didn't come as described in the menu, (3 of our 6 meals didn't come as specified) Burger patty was small and definitely not fresh...tots were good, service was ok. Our burgers looked NOTHING like advertised. Probably won't go back....

We liked to eat at Bro Brgr before, but today we went to eat at their new location in Event Central and we were less than impressed. The building has a cold, empty feel to it and it echoes loudly. The floors are greasy and slippery throughout the restaurant. The service was just ok. Server seemed annoyed to be there. The tap beer and pop were both flat and the food was not very good. We sure enjoyed the food and atmosphere when they were located downtown, but after our experience today I don’t plan on going back. Hopefully they will be making some changes and things will improve.

ordered take out. said it would be done in 20 minutes called at 545 went in at 620 still not finished waited til 635 to get it and we were missing fries and while waiting in the lobby i can see a worker vaping in the kitchen! we asked a worker up front if our food was done and she said it should be over by the check in table. but all the take out orders were near the floor? i’ve worked in fast food and i highly doubt food should be 2 inches off the ground. first time trying this place i will probably only come back for the pool tables ???
