They have a good crew working there. I like that just my ordering there once a week they recognize me and hand me my online order right when i walk in. It's that little extra effort that makes these places stand out.

I ordered, they didn’t even get my frys and my chicken sandwich didn’t have the extra sauce.. I went back, the manager was rude which I was being nice! Maybe get the order right n people wouldn’t have to go back. Now I HAVE FOOD POISONING!!!! My boyfriend ate a burger from here as well. He got FOOD POISONING TO. Thanks.

Ordered online. Tried to call about 2 out of 6 items missing and no one would answer. Spent the last hour trying to get my 4 year old his chicken sandwich but they made it so calling goes straight to vm. I work at a place I can bring my kids with and due to being at work can't leave to go talk to them myself in person until later. I'm going to be getting my money back and blocking them from having access to my card and will never use bk ever again. Customer service was no help either....here's 10 bucks but it doesn't cover ordering one sandwich to replace the 2 and get it delivered. Not the only problem I've had from them lately. This is the last straw for me. And I have record of all the calls and how it goes...well not even to a voice-mail just hangs up after "no one is available to take your call good bye"

Haven’t been to a BK for many years as the local ones in my area are ?. Passing through Yankton and the people I was with decided to go through the drive through there. The young lady who handed us our food was very kind. The food was hot, fresh and so good. I would go to Yankton’s BK again.

Way too much mustard on value menu cheese burger as a quick snack, ordered via drive-thru.An extra napkin would have been nice and not to skimp out on the cheese.The wait was not too long this time.Went through again 06-03-23 and ordered a quick snack for the road. Requested at drive through NO MUSTARD. What did I get? Their way, not my way. Highly disturbing when the ticket showed the double cheeseburger NO MUSTARD, but it was still slathered on my burger and drippy, messy too.

We went just because it was the only thing in the area for convenience. I'm not a big fan of BK or McD's. I prefer Culver's because the burgers are more tasty, in my opinion.

Ordered 2 orders of chicken nuggets for my girls.. they were salty, cold, almost hard as a rock to chew. I was very disappointed, little bit upset. You should pay full price for a meal & have to ask them to make sure the food they are serving is fresh. Working in the fast food industry myself. I know this was out of regulation and food was unsafe to be served to consumers.

Just want to say thanks to the Burger King. I believe it was the manager that delivered me a free meal after some bad luck of getting a flat tire ended up changing in the parking lot of BK. The employee delivered me a meal with a soda as condolences and told me have a good day. They're still good people in this world!
