Only one waitress on staff for lunch rush. She was good but over extended. So only got 1 drink no refills. She put the order in that took well over 30 minutes to get and the burger was so over done it was hard but I didn't know that cause I had to get it to go because I was out of lunch time. Waitress was kind enough to give a small discount t for inconvenience but she shouldn't have to if management would manage better scheduling. Train your cooks better as this is not the first time I've received food like this. But it sure will be the last time.Parking: Lot was covered in ice. Unsafe to walk in most places.

Waited for 5 minutes at the front door with 3 other patrons before a waitress came to seat us. Told us all to take whatever seat we wanted. We proceeded to wait while they waited on people who were in line behind us.....we got up and left...

We walked in and were told it would be a five minute wait. While waiting the person behind the counter said he would love to seat us but the manager said not to seat anyone until she gave the OK. There were only 6 tables occupied when we were told this. What a way to run aBusiness. Will never go back to this Perkins. This was Sunday the15th of October at 1:15 in the afternoon

My wife and myself come in regularly, every Sunday, but yesterday will be the last time ever, unless management changes. We came in to a fairly busy restaurant, which we are use to. We know it will be a wait and that is fine. We ask to sit in either one of our favorite servers sections. We were told neither one of them worked there anymore, which should of been our first sign to leave, but we decided stayed anyways. Got seated took over 15 minutes to get someone to our table. As we waited we could hear someone yelling in the kitchen at everyone the whole time, when our slow and probably drunk server showed up, she stated that was the manager in the back yelling. Food took over an hour to get out, and that might not of been to big of a deal if server came back to get drinks or even noticed we were still there. Food came out wrong and cold, when asked to speak to manager after finally getting someone's attention about 10 minutes and flagging them down. Lori, the manager, was the most unprofessional person I have ever meet. Instead of apologizing or making things right for us she went into a 20 minute rant about how it was the servers that disrespected her this morning and walked out fault. She continued to talk badly about the servers saying they didn't like her new rules and how great she is and what a great job she's doing here. If we would of never asked for management, and had not had to listen to Lori try to praise herself and belittle other people, I might of been able to overlook everything that was wrong today and given this place another chance. But after hearing her or twenty minutes I will not step foot into this place as long as she is there. As for the staff that left I hope to see them at other restaurants around town, because we will be looking for them.
