Be very careful coming to this Starbucks. Very different compared to any other Starbucks facility. Seems like the past month they’ve been going through a huge change in workers. There use to be very talented younger baristas that made the coffee you ask for. It’s not like that now. They are very inconsistent and always out of products. Seems like they’ve been looking for a manager for quite some time and hopefully they get a good one that can actually train their staff on making good quality drinks. Past couple of times going there the workers seemed annoyed on what you order (which is incorrect all the time).

I used to come to starbucks and I preferably liked when one certain barista named Asuena I believe that was her name. She always got my drink right until she left unfortunately. Now that i go back again I absolutely love these certain Baristas (Ale, V, Faith, Cate) , hate the fact that they are constantly short-staffed and out of things after hearing management stepped down. IF YOU WANT YOUR DRINK MADE A CERTAIN WAY FOR RIGHT, THOSE 4 BARISTAS ARE IT. NO ONE ELSE. These girls deserve a raise! Hate to see these girls leave.

I wanted the mug for the state from been there series and they had nine. I called all over and there was none. Stsrbucks needs to carry the items they sell!!! Imagine that!

I used to go to this starbucks location. But after a short while it became apparent that there was only one batista who made my beverages properly. She was friendly and helpful. Now that she has left things have gotten even worse. None of the staff seems to have been properly trained, they can't handle a rush, they are more preoccupied with talking with one another than working. They are unable to properly ring up orders and are not friendly and become easily frustrated when something unexpected happens, like wanting to purchase a holiday cup that doesn't scan. They over charged a friend of my by 3 bucks. Go to the Vermillion locations they are friendly and helpful, they also know what they are doing.

Slow service. Staff can't make drinks properly or run the cash register. It's not well planned out and when there is more than two people waiting to have their order taken it becomes congested. They do not know how to ring up the inventory i.e. cups. Save your time and money. Either go to Scooters or Vermillion Starbucks, they know what they are doing. Will never recommend this site or return for services.
