Tried to order deal online. It had it all rung up and Yankton location was a participating location. Then it changed to "we aren't accepting online orders right now". Went to the store to order and said they can't redeem the online order. Disappointing but I get it if the service was good. Not very fast and not very kind. Haven't had Subway in a long time. Hoped it would be better.

Went to lunch Thursday at noon. Ordered what I thought was a combo with chips. I ended up ordering the cookies instead. When the young lady at the window explained it, I tried to order the chips the young lady shut the drive thru window and walked away.

There were a lot of staff members in the restaurant, all of which seemed to be very confused as to why they were there. We ended up going elsewhere due to poor service and lack of professional atmosphere.

I got the Steak and Cheese. I always loved it before. They changed it, not for the better. I almost thought it was tuna because it looked like it. It was horrible. One bite and spit it out. Their refresh is not an upgrade it is a downgrade.

We went through the drive thru and ordered only two sandwiches, it took 20mins just to pay and there was only one car in front of us and nobody behind us. It then took 10mins to get out food because the lady that was supposed to hand us the food was to busy talking and laughing with the other works. Our food was just sitting by the window the whole time. They also messed up our order and didn’t put avocado on one of the sandwiches but still charged us for it, I also ordered it with no ranch and they put ranch on it we had to through the sandwich away when we got home and realized it because we hate ranch. We didn’t want to go back since I didn’t have time to. I’ve worked in fast food before and I understand it can be hard but it wasn’t busy and they clearly don’t care about their job.

My wife ordered online & picked up my Sub. Please see the picture of my skimpy sandwich missing Ham & Red Onions. Two weeks prior they left out meat from my wife's salad & ingredients from my sandwich. I phoned the restaurant & they sent us a coupon for a sandwich but not anything for the salad as promised. This time I contacted the corporate office & received computer generated responses initially. The manager did finally send a personal email apologizing but never offered to reimburse me. My wife & I spent just under $400 over the past year & no this is not an estimate as I added up each purchase. They are not receiving one more red cent from me! Being an independently owned franchise you would think they would value & appreciate their customers?

Above and beyond! The manager Robert was very nice and understanding of my issue and went way beyond his job duties to help me get my issue resolved. My food was delicious and exactly how I ask it.

Truly disappointed this is the forth and final time i will order food at subway in Yankton. 1 its flatbread and its supposed to be toasted unless told not to toast. 2 there is no mayo and no mustard and if you look at the pics you can clearly see that theres supposed to have mayo and mustard. Other times we have order the ingredients have been on other sandwiches. To top it off my wife called in and asked to make sure they would be toasted.
