Drive through customers are always served first while dine in wait in line. Dining cleanliness could use much needed attention, tables, bathrooms not cleaned regularly.Parking: Ample parkingWheelchair accessibility: Push button doors which open for those with accessibility issues.

We went threw the drive threw. The person serving us kept assuming we were done our order before we were finished. Once we ordered we confirmed the 4 sandwiches combos we had ordered twice to ensure the order was right. (Three of the sandwich combos were exactly the same). We got our order quickly, but as we were driving away we were missing a hashbrown and on of the orders was wrong (it was one of the 3 that was supposed to be the same). No happy with the service or the food we recieved.
I don't think I can honestly say I've had anything better than tolerable service at this location ever since it first opened.Frequently I have order issues, like forgetting to add sweetener to a drink. The biggest issue has been the cappuccino machine being broken on multiple occasions, and only informed of this after ordering and paying, only to offered a replacement drink that is nowhere near the value of what was paid for.It gets bumped up to 2 stars due to a convenient location, but if you are going west keep going to the one located in Emerald Park for a much more consistent and better experience.

Ordered a grilled cheese, wedges, and a loaded bowl. Was told there was a wait on the wedges, which I said was fine. First time was given a completely wrong order, then half my order with things I didn’t ask for, and then finally got my complete order. Waited in total 20 minutes for my food. Unacceptable.
