'Bar / Lounge' is loud and out dated. Food portion and taste leaves a lot to be desired. Couple VLTs without a barrier around them adds to the ambient noise. Single pool table. A single dart board that u cant use. Downstairs restaurant is nice, quiet and inviting. Service was amazing. Soliel our server was aces!!Parking: Not a lot of parking. We usually dine in & our experiences have been awesome never a problem.This time we ordered take out, unfortunately not impressed.Our order was Spaghetti marinara with meat sauce & Fettecinni Alfredo with sautated mushrooms.Well, the noodles were not Spaghetti noodles & the fettecini noodles were not cooked all the way.

I came in with my boyfriend tonight after travelling all the way from Edmonton, AB for work. We came in and sat down, it took awhile before someone actually came over and spoke to us after making eye contact with us multiple times. When the waiter came up to me and was in no way professional. He didn’t introduce himself, ask how our night was or any genuine conversation starters proper waiters would typically use. After ordering a WATER he asked for my ID, so I obviously gave it to him. When he came back 10 minutes later with our drinks he looked at my ID for a long time and didn’t bother even looking at my boyfriends even though he ordered an alcoholic beverage. when our food came out, mine wasn’t even warm in the slightest.I am very disappointed that I spent my time here when I could have went to Dairy Queen down the street and got better service and food.
We stopped here a couple of weeks ago traveling through Canada. The restaurant is located down stairs from the main entrance.Atmosphere was very nice and comfortable. Great menu with a lot of variety. Among our group we tried pizza, burgers, poutine, and a scrumptious steak dinner that was the special that evening.Service was very professional and efficient. We really enjoyed the meal and the experience.Service
