This Tim Hortons has 2 drive thru lanes but blocks one at all times and you can’t proceed from ordering to the window until they’ve completely filled your order and they stall or interrupt you while you’re ordering so they can get it together. If you pull up to the window before they’re ready or you have to login to your Tim’s rewards app they ask you to backup away from the window. I’m not an employee of Tim Hortons so I’m not backing up to help your times.

This tim hortons is unbelievably slow. The service is beyond poor. We’ve stopped a few times and have had incorrect orders, items constantly out of stock and poor communications from the drive thru staff. It’s the only stop for an hour so we typically avoid if we can.

Staff doesn’t listen to the Orders, I just visited and ordered Two Farmer’s wrap as I had deal, staff doesn’t listened to my order and charged me for One I couldn’t got the deal So requested to re-do my order and Charge me for Two Farmer’s wrap so I can get the deal, Unfortunately she didn’t do that. It had happened before with me. I was a regular customer but now Won’t return again.
