Today, we had the best experience ever had from a restaurant. We planned a pre-ordered sit down meal for 14 of my coworkers. Casandra did an amazing job corresponding with us beforehand to make sure everything was ready when we got there. The food was excellent and the service was great, we were served and out of there within 45 minutes, and even gave our guest of honor a free meal. We will make a point of going there more often.

Went with my husband the other night, our appetizer was forgotten about so wasn’t brought out before our actual meals. Waitress disappeared for most of the time we were there, didn’t check up on us, no drink refills, took 15 minutes to get the bill (restaurant side was near empty). We were sat near the bathrooms, and every time the door opened it absolutely stank. Only saving grace was the food was good, just really lacking in service.

Absolutely tasteless, pieces of soft lumps of so called ravioli with no filling and tasteless sauce, over cooked and not worth any price, the menu and meals looked like greasy, tomato with hunks of dough, not much of anything else for selection. People must just come to drink.

Ordered lasagna for takeout. Terrible. Lasagna noodles cut to thin slices, alittle so called bolognese sauce & very minimal cheese if any. Not worth the price. Wouldn't recommend

We took the bus from BPs Emerald Park to the Riders game. Great value for what you pay for. $25 gets you transportation to and from the game. You also get a free appy and drink which is a bonus! Vanessa and Marley got a table ready instant for our group of 8. They were friendly, attentive, and brought a ton of good vibes. After the game, we stayed at the lounge. The lounge was quite busy on top of our group of 8. Even through the rush, Laila was attentive, friendly, and added a ton of positive vibes. All in all, I would recommend any Rider fan to BPs Emerald Park =)

We set up a team meal for our baseball team this past weekend while in Emerald Park and could not have been more impressed with the service, food and overall experience we received! Cassandra was so easy to deal with and more than accommodating with changes to schedule due to weather delays. She answered every question I had promptly, everything we needed was included, it couldn't have been easier. Our food was delivered right on time, it was hot, delicious and everyone was happy. Portion sizes and price point was fantastic! Thank you so much Cassandra and team!
