Recently went to this Tim and found a friendly atmosphere and great service. The employees treat everyone with a smile even in rush hours.
This tim Hortons is not managed well. Always out of something and they also speak a different language in front of customers which isn't a huge deal just frustrating when you should be solving issues with your customers in their countries language. I do my best to avoid this chain in Kipling, others should as

Ordered a BLT, the Lady that took my order disappeared, waited 15 minutes before having to ask another worker. Two of the workers disappeared outside as a line of people gathered and left a struggling person to try and pick up the slack. My order was still wrong. No management whatsoever.
