March 20. Travelling through grab a quick breakfast like we usually do. We love A&W breakfast. This particular one is not good at all. The cook was slow. Hash browns soft kind of pale. Sausages were undercooked sent them back she said that’s how she is told to cook them. My scrambled eggs were gross and egg whites undercooked. I give up. Change the cook she has no skill. I’ve never been disappointed in A&W today I am.

Came to this Location and ordered the same thing I ordered at this location every time I come here. I get four eggs over easy and six pieces of bacon. The price always comes to $13 and some change. Today the girl charged me $18.04 for four eggs and six pieces of bacon nothing else. Every time I would explain to her this is too much. This is not what you charge because it’s the same thing I order every time she would just blank stare look at me and proceeded with everything she was doing no response no offer to re-ring it up to see if the price changes, just like I’m talking to a wall. $18 for four eggs and six pieces of bacon is absolutely disgusting. Everywhere I go now customer service is a joke.. I would like the difference paid back to me please you absolute ?s

Ive only been here twice, both times in the morning for breakfast.The first time it was mediocre, but clearly my hash brown had been sitting a while.This morning we go, we order, we got to the pay window and the food was ready to go. This could only mean that it was pre made rather then made per order.The hashbrown was so old it was barely warm and it broke when trying to pick it up, the bacon and eggers were sitting a while, the bun was not nice and fresh.COME ON , this is an absolute shame to put out food like this.I will never be back, and i do not recommend for anyone.

We were there at 12:15 today donated over 30.00 ( I say donated as we could not eat the food ) onion ring greasy chicken tasted like you cooked it last week teen burger had no taste if it wasn’t for the pickle I thought it was cardboard if you look in the trash at the road side rest stop out I side town you will find it .. please don’t eat here as it’s a Waste of your hard earned money the root beer was watered down this place is a disgrace

Food was alright. Just needed the burgers to be replaced since the buns were hard. Kitchen needs more Quality control from on floor management. Staff were chill, only one of them were quite dismissive but I ain't stressing over someone having a bad day ?♂️
