My wife and I had the Beef Dip, and their Steak Sandwich. Both were exceptional with presentation and flavour. Would definitely recommend this Moose Jaw location. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to our next meal there!

Great food. Was VERY busy over lunch hour. That says something in itself. The place was hopping and noisy. It was sort of good to see. Reminded me of pre COVID times!

Brutal. Saturday 5pm , Jan 28. We got seated right away and sat here for 15 minutes with no service. We watched people come in after us and have their entire order taken. When we finally were able to flag someone down, buddy said " I'm not your server " really ? Then who is ? Typical small town BP , only reason we are here is because Houston Pizza had a huge reservation. Won't be back , or ever consider this location.

This is a great Boston pizza to visit! The manager Vic is awesome! I had a small error with my take-out order, Vic addressed the issue promptly and professionally and was very polite in correcting everything. I strongly recommend this location for a great meal and great drinks. Cheers!

We went here as part of a youth sports event. The restaurant was not prepared and service was excruciating. Needed to remind the server multiple times of our order, who out athlete was. Our tablemates were not able to be served as they waited for 40 minutes to be asked for an order and they ended up having to leave.The server was very apologetic, but for a Boston Pizza that wants these types of groups should be able to handle it. The reheated food isn't good enough to have service missteps like this.

Hi I don't usually leave reviews but due to myself being a Server I need to mention this. My husband and myself go to dinner every Tue for the past few months and it has always been great food and service is wonderfulBut the last two Tue were not good. 1st one the service was bad, food was good. This week we ended just walking out. Waited at table for around 15 mins and no one showed up. Then we thought we would try the lounge but, no one showed up there either so we just left. It was disappointing due to the fact that it was not busy only 4 tables of customers.

It was an okay experience, the server was quite rude in the beginning and then she warmed up and was a bit nicer but she must have been having a bad day because her service was not the best and it came across on her customers. The food was decent but she kind of made our date night uncomfortable.

My wife and I were out for a bite, we like Bps, haven't been there for a while, we ordered the gourmet pasta after noticing the January special, its a pretty good deal, everything was fine until I payed, I usually don't pay much attention to it and I payed and after the server left our table my wife said it was too much for what we ordered, I looked at the bill and neither of us payedcthe special price, I asked one of the servers and said she couldn't do anything since I paid already but I could speak with a manager...? We didn't and left but, she explained that the price was entered automatically and wasn't discounted...oh well...and of course I have a decent tip...lesson learned, I guess...?

I’ve had a poor experience every time I’ve dined in or ordered take out from this establishment. Today was no exception considering they forgot parts of the pick up order. Everything from not sending appys, to rude servers who didn’t know drink specials, they have it all. I would not recommend.

One of the worst skip the dish experiences yet. I received a phone call from Boston pizza telling me they had forgotten the 2nd bag to my order so they were going to send a delivery driver out with it. One hour passes so I call the restaurant to get an update only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes, so I hung up and called again just to be put on hold for who knows how long. My girlfriend then calls to see if she can get an update but all she was told is that the delivery driver was on the way. This is horrible customer service. You need to double check the order is complete before sending out. Pretty disappointed won’t be ordering again.

Service was a bit slow. Waited over 10 mins at the door before I got seated. Then another 10-15 before I had the waitress come to my table to get my drink order, and it was not that busy. Otherwise the food was amazing, very clean inside. I would Still recommend coming here.

The service was horrible and they over charged for the starter Caesar when I clearly asked if I order the starter Caesar would it be the menu price of $3 something with a pasta order he said yes and I got charged $8. My food I ordered food at 330 for 5pm showed up at 530. When I phoned at 5:06 he said theyre clock was 5:54 and the driver was still on his way to pick it up. It showed up cold and what I thought he said was 50% off was only 15% didn’t even make up for the over charge of my starter Caesar. Never order there again.

The owners don't put any money into upkeep on the lounge side they only have two taps working for the last couple years according to locals I've met here, also, the stereo is broken. Not great by any means, you're better off going to bugsys.
