Had to wait over ten minutes in store while others got their food before me that had ordered after me and my order was smaller than theirs. Then when I was the only one left I get told they’re out of fries and had to wait even longer. Once I had finally got my food, I found out my whopper was burnt.

Beware, is all I can say. Just ate there a few hours ago. Major major food poisoning. I cannot believe it. 20 minutes after eating, severe cramps, terrible stomach problems. What a huge mistake it was to crave a whopper. My word, never ever again.

what can I say? It's burger king. My order is always proper from here and the staff are decent. The look isn't the locations faults since it's franchised but overall I don't care for their new look, but it is usually clean and functional

This is my favourite fast food restaurant. The food is so tasty and is served hot and fresh. Now I want a whopper just thinking about them!!!
Ordered 2 Impossible whoppers online at 6pm, and they gave the wrong order when I picked it up. I brought it back and was blamed by the lady who gave me my order for taking the wrong order, even though i specified my name, the online order and where I ordered. She told me it was my fault because I took the wrong order number even though she put it directly in my hand. Very unprofessionalVegetarian options: Wish there was vegan mayo

Buying two Whoppers from this Burger King was a horrible experience. I was the only car in the drive thru and waited for over a minute probably two saying "hello, hello"... Definitely open, people inside. So I drive right up to the window and the server claims that I drove through too fast. I explained I was talking to the speaker and had zero response. She claimed she could hear me and that she asked what I want, I said I heard none of that. She walked away before I ordered... What!?... I said are you going to stick around ok then I want two Whoppers with cheese, she left to get the order and I was getting my money. I could see she had returned with a bag at the window from my peripheral vision and wondered if she would say anything or just wait. After about ten seconds She then blurted out the price curtly without a please. I said I was waiting for you to speak to me and that nothing would happen if she stood there in silence, paid for the food and wished eachother a good night. Not sure why BK hires insolent or ignorant workers as this server certainly seemed to be. Too bad, I have been going there for years, and like the food, but terrible service like that is ridiculous. Ordered at 8pm Wed night.
