Mr.Sub, please give your staff the day off when they are sick. Just went into the Moose Jaw store and the counter staff stated “I have a stomach bug” and was burping with indigestion the whole time. Threw my sub away in the garbage outside.

I usually LOVE Mr.Sub. They always put an amazing amount of veggies on the subs and they’re huge and very filling. ( I eat veggie only subs ) well tonight I ordered for my family with delivery off their website. They were far from great. Legit paid over $30 for bread. Hardly any toppings at all! I got a foot long I was lucky to have 5 cucumbers and maybe a handful of lettuce. I couldn’t even taste them. I’ve eaten here often but this was by far my worst experience. We’re all still starving.

We eat at Mr Sub at least once a week. I went in on Saturday at about 12:30 and it was busy, between customers in store and Skip and Door Dash orders. The staff was pleasant and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Our subs were perfect, as always.
